“Automatic order generation to our erp is great”

Pros

One feature I value most is that orders are generated automatically and sent directly to our ERP and ordering system without extra effort from our side.

Cons

A major frustration is not being able to make multiple inventory updates through a master file upload. I understand the capability exists but admins like me do not have permission to do it ourselves. Having to format the file and then ask someone else to process it creates a lot of delays whenever inventory adjustments need to be made. Another downside is that the PO number tied to each issue does not appear when exporting reports or data. That detail is essential for customers who need to charge parts directly to a job and from what I understand, there is currently no way for us to pull that information.

What really stands out to me is how simple the app is for everyday staff, making it easy for anyone in our organization to track inventory as it leaves the shelf. At the same time, the backend is powerful and detailed enough for users who need more control. That balance has made a huge difference for us because the easier the system is to use, the more consistently employees use it which has definitely improved the accuracy of our inventory counts. I have also been very impressed with the training and support. Our trainer and support contact has been incredibly helpful and even months after the initial training, he still checks in by phone and provides refresher sessions on the parts of the system we do not use very often.

Cons

Biggest adjustment was getting used to a different vocabulary and way of thinking. Some of the terms and concepts felt unfamiliar at first but that seems pretty understandable for software designed to work across so many different industries.

Pros

Using it on mobile has been really convenient for me and the interface feels easy to work with. I also find it very simple to make adjustments which makes daily use much more enjoyable.

Cons

Downside is that it can be a bit slow when loading and when typing in search items. I'd also really appreciate the option to rename the buttons.

Honestly, no complaints at all. It works really well for us and we use it all the time.

It has been very user-friendly for our entire team. I especially appreciate how quickly the real-time data comes through and how the reports are automatically sent on the days I choose with plenty of customization options.

At this point, there really haven't been any major downsides. I did run into a few minor system hiccups but they were fixed right away.

What really stands out to me is how amazing the support team has been throughout the process. Our clients also find the platform easy to use which makes adoption much smoother for us.

Cons

web app can be slow at times and doesn't offer as much flexibility as expected. The browser session also times out too quickly which can be frustrating.

A few units of measurement wouldn't switch over to the ones I had assigned.

One feature I really appreciate is the functionality especially the mobile app. I find it very useful to check inventory online and the app itself is simple to use with large, clear buttons that work perfectly on a phone.

The downside is that inventory files can take a while to load in the mobile app. It becomes more noticeable when switching between trucks or going back to the warehouse since it seems to reload repeatedly.

One area that could be better is the loading speed for the catalog and inventory in the mobile app.

What I value most is how this software places responsibility directly on the technician using it. It allows us to track activity and usage more clearly, making it easier to confirm whether procedures are being followed properly. That visibility has helped our team reduce costs and serve customers faster and more efficiently.

Cons

Biggest frustration is adding parts because it can take a lot of time. There is an Excel add-in available now which does help somewhat but even with that feature it can still be difficult to get items entered at times.

Keeping track of inventory has been really helpful for us with this software and I also like how well it handles replenishing materials so we can restock our trucks without the usual hassle.

Cons

One thing that still bothers me is that there's no way to add material if it hasn't already been set up in the system.
