Automatic order generation to our erp is great

Pros

One feature I value most is that orders are generated automatically and sent directly to our ERP and ordering system without extra effort from our side.

Cons

A major frustration is not being able to make multiple inventory updates through a master file upload. I understand the capability exists but admins like me do not have permission to do it ourselves. Having to format the file and then ask someone else to process it creates a lot of delays whenever inventory adjustments need to be made. Another downside is that the PO number tied to each issue does not appear when exporting reports or data. That detail is essential for customers who need to charge parts directly to a job and from what I understand, there is currently no way for us to pull that information.

simple app with stronger inventory tracking

Pros

What really stands out to me is how simple the app is for everyday staff, making it easy for anyone in our organization to track inventory as it leaves the shelf. At the same time, the backend is powerful and detailed enough for users who need more control. That balance has made a huge difference for us because the easier the system is to use, the more consistently employees use it which has definitely improved the accuracy of our inventory counts. I have also been very impressed with the training and support. Our trainer and support contact has been incredibly helpful and even months after the initial training, he still checks in by phone and provides refresher sessions on the parts of the system we do not use very often.

Cons

Biggest adjustment was getting used to a different vocabulary and way of thinking. Some of the terms and concepts felt unfamiliar at first but that seems pretty understandable for software designed to work across so many different industries.
