Everything is connected to the relevant object and I can easily find the information again the same way later. That setup makes accessing what we need much quicker.
Cons
There's so much possible within the system that searching can sometimes feel a bit complex, simply because it contains so much and the overview isn't always clear.

“Structured asset history tracking
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to use the history to look up information about both former and current colleagues. That becomes especially valuable when I am dealing with an older machine that has a malfunction or requires maintenance. Another major benefit is that I can prepare and schedule the work myself. The system also feels fairly simple to me especially when coworkers have prior experience with it or after completing the training. I additionally appreciate how you can create a clear structure within objects, making it easier for us to understand what is being referred to internally.
Cons
Biggest downside is that it is difficult to adjust a logbook entry once it has been added. That makes it harder to avoid typing mistakes or to reorganize the story afterward in a more logical way.

Pros
From the welcome onward, the whole experience felt very pleasant to me. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout and I also thought the catering was excellent with nothing missing.
Cons
Floor plan was a bit unclear. It was also disappointing that the guided tour was already full and happened at the same time as a meeting I wanted to attend.

Pros
One thing I appreciate is how easy this program is to work with. After a short time, I became fairly familiar with how everything functions and could start using it confidently.
Cons
There are a lot of different ways to achieve the same goal which can be confusing at times. It would be better if there were a clear standard guideline to follow.

The platform feels simple, organized and user-friendly in my experience. I like that it keeps everything clear without overcrowding the interface with unnecessary options and communication with the IT staff has always been direct and quick for us.
Cons
One of the few things I still miss is a great search/query feature that works across the entire application. I'm thinking of options like and/or logic, does not contain and similar filters.

What stands out most to me is how user-friendly the platform is and how approachable the support team has been. It feels very accessible to work with and the assistance available has been supportive throughout our experience. The low-threshold support and ease of use are definitely major strengths for us.
Cons
At this point, there are no real downsides yet although it still needs some optimization to make it fully work for our specific paperless use case.

Using the system has been very easy in my experience and I especially appreciate the reporting app since we can use it without needing additional licenses.
Cons
One thing that's still missing is an overview or planning by objects since it only shows planning by technicians. Because of that, I still have to keep a separate overview in Excel for now so I'll need to find a workaround for that.

Cons
Getting familiar with all the features takes some time. During the first five days at headquarters, it was difficult to fully understand the content.

Having all knowledge stored in one place has been extremely valuable for us. It simplifies purchasing processes, saves time with inventory management and maintenance and I find the digital workshop checklists very practical.
Cons
The structure is not always immediately clear so it does need some explanation at the start. Once that has been explained properly, it is no longer a problem.

One of the biggest benefits for us is having a clear overview of our asset history, related costs and the items that were used. I also appreciate how simple the system is to set up and how helpful the support team is whenever questions come up. Another major advantage is that it was not designed for only one specific industry which makes it very flexible for different types of businesses.
Cons
At this point, the downsides are still pretty limited for us. The only practical drawback is that the company is located in Harderwijk which means about a three-hour drive for us, haha. Other than that, I honestly can't point to many real negatives yet. We've been using the system for around three months now and everything has been going very well so far.

Everything is stored within one system and we can add photos, invoices, job sheets and work orders very easily. That setup makes it much easier for us to create a proper schedule around everything.
Cons
I don't really see a downside but if you decide to implement MC Main, you do need to set everything up properly from the start. That takes time, though it definitely pays off in the long run.

Cons
One thing to watch out for is when a new supplier or contractor has worked on a job order. You need to remember to add them first, otherwise you have to start the whole process over again.
