better options

Pros

It does a good job of tracking work orders and requests and I definitely find the ability to print reports useful.

Cons

I really liked version 6, although version 7 has some nice options too. That said, it takes quite a bit of time to set everything up and get comfortable with all the functions.

Great work orders and pm tracking

Pros

Using the work order system has been a big improvement for me because it moves cleanly through the entire platform. The employees who create work orders prefer it much more than the old email-based process. I find it easy to use and the snapshot-style graphical reports are very helpful. I also appreciate how well it tracks preventative maintenance along with all of our building equipment.

Cons

Since we manage a large number of buildings some of the graphical reports feel cramped when they display repair and maintenance values which can make them harder to read.

Simple with excellent support

Pros

The platform is very easy for me to use and I've found the support team outstanding whenever help is needed.

Cons

If there's one area I'm less excited about, it would be the reporting options.

helpful training and support

Pros

Learning the software has been very manageable for me and the initial training, ongoing support and monthly "Tips and Tricks" webinars have been incredibly valuable. They've helped me learn best practices and made the transition much more convenient for my staff when it comes to entering and responding to work orders.

Cons

My only complaint is that the program logs me out from time to time.

knowledgeable team and helpful guidance

Pros

The team really knows the product inside and out and I've found they do a very good job of showing us how to use the software in ways that fit our specific needs.

Cons

One thing I'd still rather have is a user manual I can read away from the system. The built-in help does walk you through a lot but there are times when I'd prefer to sit down with a physical book and learn about the product without needing to be at the computer.

Accomodating support every time

Pros

Whenever I call with a question I usually get help right away or at least within a few hours. Even better, I've found the people I speak with consistently pleasant and willing to spend whatever time is needed to walk us through our questions.

Cons

Every now and then the system suddenly shuts down. I'm not completely sure whether it's related to connectivity but it doesn't really seem like that's the cause.

Web access from anywhere

Pros

Being web-based makes this really convenient for me to use wherever I am and whenever I need it. I can enter information out in the field, from home, or while sitting at my desk without being tied to one location.

Cons

The data entry process is not always very simple and it can feel a bit overwhelming for someone who has never worked with a program like this before.

Great support and flexible reports

Pros

Whenever we need assistance, I've found the customer service team quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The reporting feature is also very flexible and we're able to customize the reports ourselves without much trouble.

Cons

At the moment the system doesn't integrate with our accounting software, particularly when it comes to purchase orders and inventory.

Supportive team

Pros

Working with their team has easily been one of the strongest parts of my experience with this software. Getting it implemented at our company has not been simple but their IT resources have been incredibly valuable in making sure every issue was handled one by one and that we always landed on a workable solution. At no point did they make our questions or concerns feel like a hassle and throughout the process I found them flexible, honest and transparent with us. Because of that support, the software has continued to stay in place at DISH and we are still finding additional ways to use it that help the business.

Cons

The built-in reporting has never really provided what our business needs. We regularly have to export data from the system into another data manipulation and reporting tool just to get the insights we are looking for. Although customized reports are available, they come with an extra development cost.

reliable support every time

Pros

This product has been very dependable in my experience and I've found the vendor always available whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

Pulling reports can be a bit tricky at times, although that may be more related to how I'm using it than the product itself.

Capable support and quality training

Pros

From the beginning, I found the product pretty easy to use. "The Nuggets" training material has been excellent for me and the service team responds quickly whenever questions come up.

Cons

Setting up reports can be a bit challenging at times. Usually, you have to reach out to customer service for help to get a report configured properly.

faster workflow and better control

Pros

It really speeds up the workflow for us and keeps everything more organized. I find managing work orders much simpler with it and it helps reduce the time spent moving from one job to the next.

Cons

One issue I've run into is that the software randomly logs me out and sends me back to the login screen while I'm using it. I still haven't figured out why it does that or found a fix for it.

Pros

Whenever we've needed help, I've found the support team highly responsive. The product is also configurable enough to fit our specific needs.

Best training and support

Pros

Being able to customize fields has been really valuable for us and I find the training sessions and ongoing webinars excellent. Support has also been very reliable in my experience, they're patient and take the time to make sure everything is set up correctly.

Cons

The interface isn't very simple at first but after the training it starts to make sense.

Awesome customer care team

Pros

Customer service and technical support have been really pleasant for me to work with and I find the system user-friendly overall.

Cons

We haven't been able to make use of the mobile app licenses that were included so at times it's hard to access the system because of those licensing limits.
