“frustrating customization and messy database”
Pros
The feature set and applications feel fairly simple to me and I like that the software doesn't get cluttered with unnecessary extras.
Cons
Trying to customize it is extremely difficult. The database feels very disorganized and it's hard to make sense of how the tables are put together. On top of that, converting maintenance requests into work orders is not convenient and there doesn't seem to be a proper database relationship connecting those two reports.

Pros
Right from the start I found the GUI very user-friendly and it does an excellent job of helping me track and manage assets with a lot of useful capability.
Cons
One area that could use some improvement is data linking especially when importing equipment information.

The bandwidth has been excellent in my experience and I find the product very easy to use. It also works well for multiple purposes which makes it especially useful for us.

Pros
Whenever I've had a question, I've found the customer service team fantastic. They respond quickly, give helpful answers and are always willing to assist whenever an issue comes up.
Cons
I do wish the mobile app were a bit more user-friendly and displayed all open work orders no matter how old they are. Since we have to update the due date monthly on some work orders, the due date doesn't really carry much meaning for us anymore.

Pros
From my experience getting started is pretty easy overall and the interface makes sense once I spend a little time with it. There is a bit of a learning curve at first but after figuring out how to move around the system, I could really see how powerful it is for keeping all devices maintained and well managed.
Cons
At the beginning it can be a little difficult to understand but with daily use it becomes much clearer and over time you really come to appreciate how capable and powerful it is.

Using work orders and PMs makes it much easier for me to track the craftsmen, the time they spend and the work they complete on each job.
Cons
One frustrating part is updating a work order especially when trying to add the price of an inventory item that was included on it.

The email notifications are useful to me and I appreciate that they keep the requester updated whenever a task has been completed.
Cons
They changed the way hours are entered when closing orders and it takes way too long to get anything updated or changed.

Pros
Being new to the company, I've only worked with it for a couple of months and it has already been a big help for me. Navigating the system feels very easy especially when I need to search for an inventory part which has made the learning curve much easier.
Cons
I've noticed there are still quite a few glitches here and there. That said, I'm optimistic those issues will be fixed.

One thing that works really well for me is the flexibility and how much the system can be tailored to fit both the company's requirements and what end users need.
Cons
Interface feels pretty outdated overall. The work order layout, the way the process flows and even the printable version all feel below standard and unnecessarily difficult to use. On top of that, the report widgets don't offer much room for customization so what you can actually view is quite limited.

It does a really good job for us of storing a large amount of information for every piece of equipment we service which makes recordkeeping very thorough.
Cons
Getting truly proficient with the system takes quite a bit of training. It's probably a better fit for a company that can have someone dedicated to managing it.

There's a good amount of customization available in my experience, the search works well and I've found the support team very helpful up to this point.
Cons
One thing that's been disappointing is that front-end users who submit work orders still can't see all comments or get email notifications when a comment is added or the work order status changes. That functionality was promised to us but it still doesn't work. It's under investigation but the issue is still unresolved.

Using it on tablets has been a real plus for us and I find the system very easy to work with. We haven't tried the mobile app yet but the mobile functionality we do use has been very helpful. Pricing was also one of the reasons we chose it back in 2018 especially compared with other vendors we were evaluating, although I feel the cost for new customers has gone up quite a bit since then.
Cons
Sometimes the inventory and purchasing modules can't sync with SAP which is a limitation for our setup. The reorder list also needs a lot more flexibility. It should be possible to sort it by bin location and then print it or export it into Excel.

Pros
Submitting and tracking work orders has been one of the best parts for me when using this software. I also find being able to attach photos or other media to work orders extremely helpful since it makes the whole process much more useful.
Cons
Completed work orders can't be accessed or edited afterward. It would be much better if administrators were given the ability to open and review closed orders.

Pros
Keeping records organized feels easy to me and creating new ones with the copy-paste feature saves a lot of time. I also find the scheduled maintenance records do a good job of keeping work orders moving as planned.
Cons
A few limitations still get in the way. The Audit Trail only goes back 15 days and is available on request but it really should be continuous. Date formatting also can't be customized which is a problem in a GMP facility where specific compliant date formats are required. Searching from the top of columns in list view is slow and if the term isn't found, the system temporarily freezes. There also used to be a search field at the top of Asset Assigned to Task which was very helpful but it was removed in V9. When a work order has a large number of assets assigned, applying labor to each one takes far too much time so having an option to split labor across all assigned assets would help a lot. The View Media dialog is also slow to load when an attachment contains multiple pages. On top of that, using the reset workflow in the search field at the top of list columns takes too many steps since you have to open list view/settings and apply the change manually.
