Pros

One of the aspects I like is its ability to track work orders and requests, and the option to generate printable reports.

Cons

I was quite fond of version 6, but I appreciate the additional options available in version 7. It simply takes time to set up and become accustomed to all the functions.

BMT- Mpulse Review

Pros

I am really fond of the work order system and how it seamlessly integrates throughout the entire software. Our employees who rely on the software to generate work orders find it much more preferable than our previous email process. It is easy to use and offers a wide range of visually appealing graphical reports. I particularly enjoy the tracking of preventive maintenance and our building equipment.

Cons

When dealing with multiple buildings, some of the graphical reports become crowded, making it challenging to interpret repair and maintenance values.

Apart from the software's ease of use, the initial training, support, and the monthly "Tips and Tricks" webinars have proven to be invaluable in helping me learn and implement best practices. This has ensured a smooth transition for my staff in both entering and responding to work orders.

Cons

The only drawback I've encountered is that the program occasionally logs me out unexpectedly.

Great Maintenance tool

Pros

The company's staff are highly knowledgeable about their product and can guide you on how to leverage the software to meet your specific needs.

Cons

Personally, I prefer having a physical user manual that I can read outside the system. While the integrated help tool is helpful in many cases, there are moments when I prefer to have a book in hand and read about a product without relying on a computer nearby.

MPulse Software

Pros

It's rare that I reach out with a question and don't receive immediate help or a response within a few hours. Moreover, the individuals I speak with are always friendly and willing to dedicate as much time as necessary to assist us with our inquiries.

Cons

Occasionally, the program abruptly closes without warning. I'm not entirely sure if it's a connectivity issue, but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Excellent Vendor Relationship Helped Make MPulse Succeed for DISH!

Pros

One of the greatest aspects of working with MPulse is their exceptional team. While implementing the software in our company posed challenges, the resources provided by MPulse were indispensable in addressing our individual issues and finding solutions. They have always been supportive and never treated our questions or problems as burdensome. Their flexibility, honesty, and transparency throughout the process have been commendable. Thanks to their assistance, MPulse has become an integral part of our operations at DISH, and we continue to discover new ways to leverage it for the benefit of our business.

Cons

The pre-built reporting feature in MPulse has never proven useful for our business. We find ourselves regularly exporting data from MPulse to a separate software for data manipulation and reporting purposes. Although MPulse does offer customized reports, they come at an additional cost.

My experience using MPulse

Pros

It expedites workflow, making it easier and more organized. It simplifies the control of work orders and reduces the time spent on each job.

Cons

For some unknown reason, the program occasionally logs you out of MPulse and redirects you to the login window. Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution or determined the cause behind this issue.
