MPulse user

Pros

The customer service is exceptional! Their support is highly responsive, providing prompt assistance and resolving queries or issues.

Cons

I wish the mobile interface was a bit more intuitive and displayed all open work orders regardless of their age. We often have to update the due dates on some work orders monthly, resulting in the due date being overlooked.

Mpluse review

Pros

With proper setup, it can be intuitive and user-friendly.

Cons

The system can be quite slow, and it takes a long time to load. It doesn't always accept changes made, and it would be much more efficient if I didn't have to manually approve every change. If it could automatically save and update fields without requiring constant clicks on edit buttons, it would greatly speed up my work.

MPulse pros and cons

Pros

The system offers great flexibility and can be customized to align with the needs of our company and end users.

Cons

The overall look and feel of the software are outdated. The layout, process, and printable version of work orders are not up to par. They are difficult to navigate and seem antiquated. The customization options for report widgets are limited, providing minimal visibility.

Maintenance management with Mpulse

Pros

It has a remarkable capacity to store a wealth of details for each serviced equipment.

Cons

Getting proficient at using the system requires a substantial amount of training. It would be better suited for a company that has dedicated personnel for managing the system.

MPulse Initial Review

Pros

The software is fairly customizable and provides an easy search function. The support received thus far has been satisfactory.

Cons

The ability for front-end users to view all comments and receive email notifications when a comment is added or the status of a work order changes was promised but has not been implemented yet. It is under investigation but remains pending.

MPulse Review by Automotive plant

Pros

The mobile ability, which we utilized on tablets, was convenient. We haven't yet tried the mobile app. The software's ease of use and cost-effectiveness were significant factors during our purchase in 2018, although I've noticed a substantial cost increase for new users since then.

Cons

The inability to synchronize or integrate the inventory and purchasing modules with SAP is a significant drawback. The reorder list lacks flexibility and should allow sorting by bin location, as well as the option to export it to an Excel file.

Work orders using Mpluse

Pros

The standout feature for me is how easily work orders can be submitted and tracked. The option to attach media to work orders proves extremely beneficial.

Cons

Once work orders are completed, we lose access to them for editing. It would be beneficial if administrators had the capability to access closed orders.
