Pros
Booking a seat at the office feels really easy for me with this tool. I find the interface clean, simple and very easy to understand so using it feels effortless.
Cons
Nothing specific stands out as a downside. It does exactly what it's meant to do for desk booking and we relied on it a lot during COVID and the post-COVID period. It's especially helpful when office space is limited.

One thing this IT solution really brings for me is a better way to optimize office space and manage work areas such as meeting rooms and conference rooms. It also makes it much easier to navigate within the workplace which helps employees communicate more effectively with one another and with managers. In that sense, I see this system as essential for a well-organized workspace.
Cons
There are still a few downsides on the social side, since its efficiency can lead to the dismissal of several employees. It is also more expensive than other systems and its value depends a lot on the level of interest and adoption.

Desk booking is the main reason we use it and in my experience that part works really well. I find booking a desk easy and being able to upload floor plans and assign resources to specific areas has been especially important for us. Those features are practical and simple for me to set up and use.
Cons
We haven't explored the guest and visitor management side in depth yet but from what I understand, those capabilities are available as well.

To set up this tool felt much less stressful for me thanks to the team. They were quick to respond, friendly throughout, clearly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful during the whole onboarding process.
Cons

Our large government portfolio, integrated with the support team, has been fast and easy thanks to the support team. Their professionalism has taken a lot off our plate which lets our branch stay focused on client support and bringing new locations into the project. I also find the back-end reporting very strong, making it possible to answer specific questions around usage and space allocation and helping us drive better client engagement.
Cons
Reporting tools are powerful but I'd still like to see more dashboard customization options. It would also be much more convenient if graphs could be exported directly instead of needing to rely on Excel or PowerBI to build pivot charts.

Being able to upload the layout myself instead of depending on someone else is a big plus for me. It gives me the freedom to make changes to the plan whenever needed and update it right away.
Cons
Any time the plan needs to be updated, everything has to be adjusted again. It's also hard to return to the exact same setup when the drawings don't line up the same way as the previous version.
