Pros

Handling payments is easy in my experience, service scheduling works really well, asset management is useful and the reporting gives me a lot of detailed insight.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is the credit note process.

Pros

Getting around the platform feels very easy for me and I find it offers a great range of useful features such as the asset tree, asset type tree, PM tasks, work order management, maintenance planning and scheduling, maintenance history analysis, spare parts inventory management, purchasing and cost control.

Cons

Connecting it with systems already in place can occasionally take more time than anticipated.
