“powerful job filters and reporting”
Pros
One thing that really works well for me is the automatic renewal setup, where items renew when they're next due based on their frequency. The filtering is excellent too, being able to sort jobs by site, service line, work order status and more makes everything much easier to manage. The defined work order view is also very useful because it shows all existing records, whether they're historic or current. On top of that, the reports section is fantastic and exporting directly to Excel is a huge plus.
Cons
A frustrating part is what happens when our engineers pause a work order. It immediately moves into pending authorization and basically disappears from view. That's a problem because this is where they usually enter their findings or any remedial work needed so those details can easily be missed if the client doesn't approve the work order quickly. It would also really help if there were an option to add a private note, update, or internal message.
