Pros
Honestly, you really can't beat this for the price. It packs in a huge number of useful features, from custom reporting and bidding multiple items within a single RFQ to a mailing section where you can define specific mailing requirements. There's a lot of control over the menus and how they function and creating custom bid sheets is a big plus. The client web interface is especially valuable because it lets you load client forms by form number and spec which makes reorders incredibly fast. That same interface also works well internally, letting staff send estimate requests straight to the estimating or outsourcing team. On top of that, the web interfaces can be branded which is a nice touch. I really can't say enough positive things about both the software and the team behind it. Our rep has been fantastic whenever we've needed help, customization, or support with integrating the software into our existing systems, including supplier integrations like shipping vendors. Another big advantage is how flexible the platform is. It can be used to purchase almost anything or manage all kinds of products, not just print. You can even use it to handle internal production which shows how adaptable it really is.
Cons
There honestly isn't much here that I dislike. If someone thinks the software is terrible, like I've seen in another review, my impression is that they probably haven't learned how to use it properly yet. That kind of criticism doesn't feel very fair. I've worked with a lot of software packages in this purchasing space and this one is absolutely a top contender, right up there with the best options available for print outsourcing.
