Pros
As a new graduate starting in this role, I was initially unfamiliar with the benefit enrollment function. My trainer demonstrated how our company uses PlanSource, and I was immediately on board. I can now easily search for any employee and quickly access their current benefits, eligibility and premiums.
Cons
The document library was my least favorite feature at first because I could never find what I needed. It turned out that our benefits broker had not uploaded our company-specific documents. Now that everything is uploaded, I refer to the library frequently.
