This module streamlines request intake by allowing users to email service requests to a designated address. These are automatically pulled into PMXpert, where managers can assess, prioritize, and assign them, preventing non-technical users from accessing the main system.
The feature automates work order creation by allowing the PM Schedule to pull in all due services at once. The software automatically includes required services, procedures, and parts, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring detailed notes are available to technicians.
PMXpert tracks inventory items as they are used in services. When stock hits a pre-set minimum level, it can automatically generate purchase orders to replenish it, helping to prevent shortages, avoid waste, and manage stock levels efficiently.
The platform provides a comprehensive screen to record detailed information for all assets, whether you have 5, 500, or more. It tracks and updates complete historical data, including all associated work orders, parts, labor, downtime, and warranty information, all organized in one centralized location.
PMXpert enables users to create purchase orders manually for any item or automatically when inventory is low. It allows for setting user-specific maximum approval amounts for authorization and monitors the PO progress from authorized to received.
