“Needs to improve customization and support

It is affordable and definitely will be a great option for you if your needs fit within the features Qualer offers.
Cons
They promised us lots of features we never got. They said it would work with our P-Touch printers, but years later it still does not. Now, they want to charge us thousands of dollars for features they originally said were included. When we ask for new features, they don't seem to understand what we need. I even sent them step by step instructions to add a web-hook to their API and they still could not do it. This has been the same frustrating experience for three years. Nothing works like it should. Everything needs a workaround and sometimes even that's not possible. I am being paid full-time just to write custom scripts to add features through their API because it's our only option. We cannot create add-ons or plugins ourselves, and they do not seem capable of adding the features we need, even when we guide them through it.

“User-friendly software
Pros
The interface is really user-friendly. Also it is easy to navigate and I can quickly find what I need. Even though I'm not highly tech-savvy, I can set up things myself on the admin page.
Cons
Sometimes Qualer loads slowly when I open it, but that might just be an internet issue at work.

Pros
I find it very easy to use. Plus all the features it has make it easy for me to keep equipment maintained, on schedule and running at its best.
Cons
Well I am not sure exactly what needs improvement, but data transfer and integration could definitely be better. It should be easier for end users.

Pros
Setting this up as our CMMS system was very easy. Also creating specifications to go fully paperless for calibrations and PMs has been great. Users can search and print what they need without having to ask the facilities team for help.
Cons
The documentation and support page are not very helpful. A lot of the answers are outdated and don't match the current version of the software, we are using.

“Tracks everything for us
Pros
I love how easy it is to track everything, even the smallest details. No need for Excel spreadsheets as now we always know when equipment is due for calibration. Plus, it makes audits so much easier.
Cons
Getting everyone trained took some time, but at the end it was all worth it.

“Its interface is amazing
Pros
The interface looks good, and as a service provider, able to give our customers free access has been proven highly beneficial for us. Also, there is plenty of useful data available which is helpful.
Cons
Filtering and reporting need improvement, but the good thing is that if we need to analyze data, we can export most of it to Excel.

The system is flexible, scalable and easy to use. The pricing is also competitive and the support team has super amazing. They were very responsive, understanding our business needs and answering all our questions. The made our transition from a paper-based system smooth and hassle-free.
Cons
So far, we have not found anything we don't like. This software is amazing.

Their tech support has been great, and the support tab makes it easy for me to look up how to do things.
Cons
There are too many steps to set up service requests for yearly or six-month PMs, calibrations or verifications which annoys me. Fewer steps would make things easier.

Not only is it easy to use but it also gives us great visibility into our assets.
Cons
Asset filtering could be better. Also, asset users do not get alerts for maintenance that's due, past due or coming up which I feel is a major drawback.

Pros
Qualer is great because it adapts to our lab's specific needs and contracts. Plus it has a huge instrument library with detailed specs, which is really helpful. And it connects easily with our invoicing and other software through APIs, including Fluke MetCal.
Cons
The hardest part is getting everyone on our team trained on the advanced or customized features. Even though the software is powerful, but it works best if you have a full-time admin or facilitator for the first year or two.

Pros
It gives great insight into service activity and client asset management. It also helps our clients improve their inventory process. Also the Qualer team listens to feedback and any issues are handled as quickly as possible to keep us happy with the product.
