Pros

There are plenty of options for tracking inventory and once I got familiar with the system, I found it becomes simple to navigate and use. Importing our assets through CSV files really helped align the setup and their associate was available whenever we needed assistance. They also guided us through the initial setup, including how to create our asset IDs.

Cons

On our side the only downside was having to wait for the equipment to arrive, although their representative did keep us updated on the shipping status. We were also starting completely from scratch so building out all of our asset IDs took some time.

Using it has been really convenient for me especially when it comes to checking asset management and tracking. The whole process feels easy and user-friendly.

Cons

One thing I like least is that the dashboard, along with most other features, isn't accessible properly when viewing it on a phone.

Getting the asset tracking device up and running was pretty easy in my experience and I found it connects fast. On top of that, customer service has been quick to respond and very helpful whenever needed.

We've only had it in place for a few months so there hasn't really been any problem with day-to-day use. The only small hiccup was during the printer setup but we were able to get it working properly in the end.

Scanning feels easy to me, the system is simple to use and I find it has been a very helpful tool overall.

Being cloud-based has been a big plus for me and I find it makes the inventory process much faster.

The room ID section was merged into the room section which ended up causing duplicate entries.

For me the asset data history is easily the strongest part of the software.

With the newer version, asset information has to be entered through the asset setup instead of the new asset data entry screen which feels less practical. The found/unfound inventory report also needs improvement because it still includes inactive items so the results aren't accurate in its current setup.

From my perspective the API capabilities cover what I need to properly evaluate integration with ERP systems which helps me avoid entering the same data in both this software and the ERP.

Cons

Integration options with well-known ERP systems still need improvement.

Pros

When I first got started, things were a bit rocky during the move to the cloud but at this point I find it very user-friendly and it works really well.

Cons

Downside is that it now requires an annual subscription, whereas the old software was a one-time purchase. On the plus side, being able to access it from anywhere is a real benefit.

Pros

Keeping up with inventory and assets has become much simpler for me with this system. I no longer have to count everything by hand and I find the RFID feature fantastic. It saves me from crawling under or over things, unplugging devices, or moving equipment around just to scan an asset tag.

Cons

Initial setup was somewhat technical and a little complicated but once we learned our way around the system, it worked out really well. We bought it 4 years ago and it's still being supported today.
