fast setup and useful integrations

Pros

Compared to many other software solutions we've worked with, this one was much quicker to get up and running while still offering plenty of functionality in a simple package. Integrating it with our existing software was very easy and deploying Microsoft Intune devices felt very convenient. The lifecycle management features have also been a major advantage for us especially the reports showing when devices reach the end of their warranty. Support has been consistently responsive whenever we needed assistance.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit cluttered in certain areas and it's not always obvious where you're supposed to click when navigating menus with lots of items. For example, if you want to view more details about something, you sometimes have to click on a very specific spot instead of being able to select the whole item.

flexible tenants and reliable api

Pros

Over the past year, this platform has supported our team extremely well. The Tenants functionality has been especially valuable because it allows us to separate campuses under different tenants which is essential given our different opening hours, time zones and workflows across the University. We also rely heavily on the API to connect booking data with our timetabling platform and both the API experience and supporting documentation have been excellent. The customizable portal is another feature I really appreciate for managing multiple brands, while the staff view feels thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate. User provisioning has also made setup and ongoing maintenance much more efficient for us compared to our previous vendor.

Cons

Honestly, I can't point to any real downsides. Any gaps we've come across have been addressed quickly and the team has been very responsive when it comes to adding enhancements that help not just us but other customers too.

customizable and user-friendly tool

Pros

The customization options have been very useful for our needs and accessing the platform feels really convenient. Overall, the system comes across as simple and easy to use for me.

Cons

The mobile app still has some limitations. It seems like there's a lot more potential to develop there and the same goes for the accessories as well.

powerful integrations and automation

Pros

The integrations, automations and overall customizability are the biggest strengths for me, as they make my day-to-day workflows much more efficient and help the system fit different needs really well.

Cons

Field mapping feels somewhat limited and the reporting could definitely include more areas. It's also frustrating that the stock fields can't be removed.

reliable signing and great value

Pros

For our team, the equipment sign-off feature has been the standout, it's easy, efficient and keeps everything accountable. Whenever something comes up, we've found the support team is quick to help and I feel the overall value for the price is strong given the functionality we get.

Cons

One area that still needs work is data entry, since the platform feels pretty manual in that part of the process. The Intune integration is useful but not every field maps over the way it should. Hardware details like RAM and processor information are often missing. It also doesn't bring in the software installed on our computers which makes it harder to get a complete view of our assets.

Excellent onboarding win

Pros

SCIM integration was easy in my experience and I found the platform very user-friendly overall. During onboarding, I was especially helped by the integration setup process which made importing assets from Intune go very smoothly.

Cons

The asset pricing could be explained more clearly. It would also help to have better separation for sub-companies and the pilot program was limited by the number of assets allowed.

one-pane visibility and support

Pros

Once we got everything up and running, I felt things were well configured and the support team made sure everything was set up correctly for us. I also appreciate that they keep adding new integrations which helps us manage everything in one place more easily.

Cons

It's a very powerful platform with a lot of options and in my environment many of them just aren't necessary, so the interface can feel a little confusing and cluttered at times. It would be helpful to have the ability to turn off some features that aren't needed.

reliable inventory tool daily

Pros

It has become one of the inventory apps we depend on every single day in our work. I find the interface simple, it runs fast and I've experienced consistent reliability over time. Our support experience has also been great, with the team being friendly, quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we need assistance.

Cons

The toughest part for me is putting together the reports I need. I regularly run into problems when filtering specific items which slows everything down and makes it more difficult to pull the correct data.

top-notch asset management webapp

Pros

Since 2021, I would say this has been one of the best, possibly the best, user-friendly web apps I've used for asset management and inventory.

Cons

Only thing I could complain about was that it used to be green-only ,D but now there are color options. On a serious note, they keep rolling out updates and improvements regularly, so I really don't have any actual complaints.

inventory tracking across countries

Pros

The organization system has worked really well for us and I've personally found it much easier to keep track of inventory across multiple countries which has been a big plus in my experience.

Cons

The only confusing part was that my company created too many variations of the same thing. That issue came from how we set it up internally, not from the software itself.

fantastic asset tracking integrations

Pros

In day-to-day use, everything has been very simple to manage and our team has been able to get started quickly without complications. The many integrations with MDMs and Entra ID help us keep asset and inventory management very accurate and reliable and I feel the learning curve is light thanks to the helpful documentation.

Cons

For our college specifically, it would be really useful to have a financial section where we could upload purchase orders more conveniently and connect them directly to assets.

powerful integrations for device data

Pros

One of the best parts for me is the wide range of integrations it offers. I've found them really impressive and they make it much easier for us to connect with other platforms and pull in device data.

Cons

Reporting is a bit limited on the advanced side. The standard reports are useful but if you need highly customized reporting or deeper analytics, you'll probably have to export the data into Excel or other BI tools.

intune integration but limited flexibility

Pros

One thing that works especially well for us is the strong integration with Intune and Entra ID. I also find the automated workflows for assigning assets through Intune very useful, as they save me a lot of time.

Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of customization. For instance, when an employee is terminated, it would be helpful if their assets could automatically be moved to a "returning to stock" status. On top of that, some built-in templates and asset fields aren't relevant for us but there's no option to remove them. The pricing feels a bit on the expensive side as well.

flexible asset tracking tools

Pros

Managing assets feels very flexible to me which is one of the biggest advantages here in my experience. Unlike some other platforms that push extra hardware or QR tools, I like that this one lets us choose how we want to label equipment. In my experience, setup takes a bit longer because everything is customized from the ground up but once I get it in place, it's easy to adjust. I also find reporting easy and even write-offs are useful because I can still track where items are in the system. Booking equipment is very convenient for me especially with QR scanning for both items and staff and I can easily add custom options or accessories where needed. Returns are just as smooth and I even like that staff can return their own equipment through the portal depending on how we configure it. I've also benefited from the integrations with MDM solutions, Azure and others. I don't need extra devices on site since everything works through the web or app, including QR scanning which makes things easier for me. I also like that permissions can be tailored per user and SSO adds extra security in my experience.

Cons

Some of the integrations feel a little clunky and they don't always run automatically. Nesting departments and rooms can also get a bit untidy. The automatic asset numbering works fine until someone changes the sequence, such as skipping from 1052 straight to 2000 or starting to include letters and then there's no way to return to the previous numbering pattern like going back to 1053. As a workaround, we ended up using the serial number as the asset tag since that can be automatically filled in through the app.

custom workflows and standout integrations

Pros

Getting the level of detail I need while still having automation for auditing has been a huge plus for me. I can tailor it closely to my requirements and I've found the support team fantastic and easy to reach whenever I need them. I also feel the product looks polished and is easy for admins like me to navigate. The integrations alone have been a real game changer for our team.

Cons

Most of the downsides for me are really just feature requests I've already submitted. In general, the cons come down to something not existing yet or running into a feature that I wish worked a bit better. None of those issues are serious enough to be deal breakers for me.

versatile asset tracking

Pros

Right away, I noticed the usability, flexibility and wide range of use cases which really stood out to me. I use it to stay on top of everything from high-value assets like computers and monitors to accessories, licenses and everyday supplies.

Cons

After connecting NinjaRMM, it pulled in a lot of duplicate devices which was probably due to user error on our side. Still, it would be better if the system cross-checked serial numbers especially since many of our Dell machines use the service tag and that applies to most of our devices.

inventory tracking that delivers

Pros

Importing data into the system has been very easy for me especially with CSV imports from Excel which makes setup much faster. I also find it does a great job with inventory and asset management, since I can track not just who has an item but also its availability, condition, maintenance history, cost, age and repair expenses. That level of detail has been very useful in my experience. On top of that, I've had excellent support whenever I needed it, including quick replies and even one-on-one video calls.

Cons

A few limitations still stand out. There's no way to print a list of items included in a kit and you also can't convert a template kit into an actual kit. Kits are not visible when loan rights are provided through portal access which can be frustrating. It's also not possible to print accessories by accessory category.

helpful support and quick learning

Pros

Setting up the system was very smooth for me and I felt the customer service made a big difference during onboarding. I was able to join a Zoom call and quickly understand everything. It also gives me confidence knowing I can reach a real person later if I ever need help again.

Cons

Bringing in my current inventory could definitely be more aligned. Adding all of my stock items took quite a bit of time and felt a little outdated but once everything was entered into the system, it worked really well.
