flexible platform with stellar support

Pros

Right from the start, I found the support team amazing, fast to respond and clearly very knowledgeable. The software itself feels flexible, simple to navigate and it keeps improving with new features being added regularly.

Cons

Most of the things we've liked the least are already being worked on or are at least on the roadmap to be addressed. The only real downside is that expanding the platform gets expensive and the pricing could be more reasonable as the organization grows.

handy tracking and email alerts

Pros

Navigating the system feels easy and simple to me. It helps me keep track of everyone in one place and I can even send overdue gear reminder emails directly from within the platform.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is when I click on someone from a list and then go back, it jumps me to the top instead of returning me to the same spot, so I have to scroll all the way down again.

inventory visibility that really helps

Pros

One thing that has been really useful for me is being able to track inventory items and mark them either as consumables or assets. It also helps a lot to view stock quantities right away without having to physically count everything or even check whether a certain IT peripheral is already in inventory.

Cons

A downside with the app is that it doesn't show the activity history for consumable items. There are times when it's important to check whether an item was checked out to someone and that information isn't available in the app, so I have to go back to a PC to look it up.

reliable asset tracking setup

Pros

There's a clear and practical way for me to manage both virtual and physical assets with this software. It also connects well with a wide range of systems which helps keep records current and accurate without much extra effort.

Cons

One limitation is that it doesn't provide a built-in way to export cost per asset per person into Excel for a standard time period. It can be done if someone is fairly skilled with Excel but it's not available out of the box. It would also help to have preset images for assets, since right now I have to search for them myself and the options aren't consistent across all asset types.

powerful inventory and integrations

Pros

The inventory management tools have been a big plus for us especially the low-stock alerts that help us stay ahead of item shortages. I also really appreciate how customizable it is because it fits our workflow well. Coming from an IT background, I especially like being able to connect it with our environment through the built-in Autopilot and Dell integrations.

Cons

One thing that gets frustrating is that the system only lets you keep one window open at a time. That becomes especially annoying when I'm trying to look at assets while also printing labels for them.

Customizable tracking with useful history

Pros

Checking equipment in and out feels very easy to me and the ability to add custom device details is a big advantage. I also find access to device history really helpful since it lets me see how the equipment was used and handled before its most recent loan.

Cons

A few parts of the interface are awkward to navigate because they do not lead you anywhere useful. For example, in the Loanees section, you can open a user and view their loan history but you cannot click directly on any listed item. Instead, you have to copy the ID and paste it into search just to pull up more details.

student reservations work beautifully

Pros

Using this system has been very easy for me and the interface feels really user friendly. The reservation feature has been especially useful for our students because they often need the same materials and can reserve them for the day that works best with their schedules.

Cons

One thing I'm not a fan of is having to create BAR-CODEs manually. It would be much better if the system could auto-generate them to help avoid duplicates, while still letting us edit them when needed.

fantastic accessibility for drivers

Pros

The accessibility is one of the biggest strengths in my experience. Our drivers can complete both pre- and post-trip tasks without delays and everything gets handled accurately without unnecessary hassle.

Cons

There's just too much information on the screen at once. It would be better if the interface were aligned so users only see what they actually need which would help reduce confusion.

asset tracking done right

Pros

Compared with other asset management tools I've used, this one makes handling assets and licenses much more practical. Stock auditing feels easier and checking items in and out takes far less effort for our team than with most other systems.

Cons

User portal is a weak spot especially on mobile devices where it doesn't function very well at all. Reserving multiple assets at once also feels clunky and not very aligned.

inventory alerts keep us organized

Pros

Keeping our large inventory organized has become much easier with this system. Since we have a lot of moving parts to manage, the automated alerts sent to employees have really helped us stay on track.

Cons

One area that hasn't worked well for us is the audit system. I wasn't able to complete an inventory audit through it because it seems like it only functions properly when inventory is scanned. Since we don't use a scanning system, I had to handle the audit manually instead. If there's a workaround for that, I'd really like to know.

well-documented and secure setup

Pros

One aspect we really value is how thoroughly everything is documented. Most issues can usually be solved just by referring to the documentation which has saved us a lot of time. The SSO integration has also worked very well for us and helps maintain a high level of security.

Cons

I'd still like to see the built-in ticketing and I'm hoping that's already on the roadmap. Aside from that, I really haven't had any major complaints, other than one billing issue that was resolved quickly.

Pros

asset tracking that delivers

Pros

After working with it for several years, it became clear to me that the platform offers far more than I originally expected. One feature I especially value is the detailed asset tracking, since we always know where items are and where they've been. I was also really pleased to discover that it can send emails on our behalf to people borrowing items, something I only recently learned with help from one of their very knowledgeable team members. Their patience and clear guidance made a big difference for us.

Cons

One small thing I'm not keen on is that I couldn't set an email to go out every six weeks. Still, it's not a major problem. Until last week, I didn't even realize the system could send emails at all, lol.

powerful integrations and fast updates

Pros

Strong integration with widely used tools is one of the things that impressed me most especially when paired with the Automated Workflows feature. The interface feels clean and mostly easy to use, even though a few sections can occasionally feel a bit confusing. It's also nice to see the product evolving quickly to support newer third-party services like the recent Apple Business Manager integration.

Cons

My biggest frustration is that the UI doesn't offer much flexibility in personalizing an asset's page layout. All of the custom fields are grouped together and there's no way to organize them into separate sections, for example. That's probably the main issue I'd want to see improved.

clean tracking that delivers

Pros

Right from the beginning, the system did exactly what I needed without adding unnecessary clutter. It keeps track of everything efficiently without becoming another platform I constantly need to manage. The clean and fast experience, along with details like who has an item, when it's due back and what condition it's in, makes it feel designed for people actively handling equipment rather than just supervising it.

Cons

At the same time, it still feels a little too limited in places. It works well for asset tracking but the workflow side gets clunky pretty quickly. I can't really shape it the way I want since there's no real automation, no meaningful bulk logic outside of imports and the integrations seem pretty limited unless I'm missing something. The interface is clean but it also feels a bit dated. On top of that, some settings are hidden a few clicks down and updating a lot of items at once is more painful than it should be.

flexible features at a stellar price

Pros

Flexibility is one of the main reasons this tool stands out to me especially since new features and integrations are introduced so consistently. The integration capabilities are very useful, the software licensing management works extremely well and there's a lot of flexibility in how we can use the platform. The pricing has also been excellent in my opinion.

Cons

It would be nice to have more control over branding and interface design especially for colors and logos. It's not a major issue, just more of a nice bonus to have. The location options also feel a little limited and since not every item is assigned to a specific person, we're still working out a consistent way to assign those to a generic loanee.

powerful tools anywhere

Pros

Getting started with this platform takes very little time and learning how to use it feels quite natural. Even with that simplicity, it still includes all the features teams need to do meaningful work. Being able to access it anytime from any device has been very convenient for us, while the built-in security gives real confidence that data stays protected.

Cons

A pricing model that feels more practical and user-friendly would make choices easier, help convert more trial users into paying customers and support better long-term retention by matching the cost more closely with the value provided.

Pros

From the moment I started using it, the interface felt easy to understand. Adding new items or devices is also very easy since users can include either minimal details or much more detailed information depending on their needs.

Pros

The Azure integration and QR code labeling setup immediately made asset tracking much more efficient for our workflow. The iPhone app feels simple and performs very well in the field and whenever I've needed support, the team has responded quickly and resolved issues efficiently.

fast setup and useful integrations

Pros

Compared to many other software solutions we've worked with, this one was much quicker to get up and running while still offering plenty of functionality in a simple package. Integrating it with our existing software was very easy and deploying Microsoft Intune devices felt very convenient. The lifecycle management features have also been a major advantage for us especially the reports showing when devices reach the end of their warranty. Support has been consistently responsive whenever we needed assistance.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit cluttered in certain areas and it's not always obvious where you're supposed to click when navigating menus with lots of items. For example, if you want to view more details about something, you sometimes have to click on a very specific spot instead of being able to select the whole item.

flexible tenants and reliable api

Pros

Over the past year, this platform has supported our team extremely well. The Tenants functionality has been especially valuable because it allows us to separate campuses under different tenants which is essential given our different opening hours, time zones and workflows across the University. We also rely heavily on the API to connect booking data with our timetabling platform and both the API experience and supporting documentation have been excellent. The customizable portal is another feature I really appreciate for managing multiple brands, while the staff view feels thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate. User provisioning has also made setup and ongoing maintenance much more efficient for us compared to our previous vendor.

Cons

Honestly, I can't point to any real downsides. Any gaps we've come across have been addressed quickly and the team has been very responsive when it comes to adding enhancements that help not just us but other customers too.

Pros

For our team, the equipment sign-off feature has been the standout, it's easy, efficient and keeps everything accountable. Whenever something comes up, we've found the support team is quick to help and I feel the overall value for the price is strong given the functionality we get.

Cons

One area that still needs work is data entry, since the platform feels pretty manual in that part of the process. The Intune integration is useful but not every field maps over the way it should. Hardware details like RAM and processor information are often missing. It also doesn't bring in the software installed on our computers which makes it harder to get a complete view of our assets.

One thing that works especially well for us is the strong integration with Intune and Entra ID. I also find the automated workflows for assigning assets through Intune very useful, as they save me a lot of time.

Cons

The biggest downside is the lack of customization. For instance, when an employee is terminated, it would be helpful if their assets could automatically be moved to a "returning to stock" status. flexible asset tracking tools

Pros

Managing assets feels very flexible to me which is one of the biggest advantages here in my experience. Unlike some other platforms that push extra hardware or QR tools, I like that this one lets us choose how we want to label equipment. In my experience, setup takes a bit longer because everything is customized from the ground up but once I get it in place, it's easy to adjust. I also find reporting easy and even write-offs are useful because I can still track where items are in the system. Booking equipment is very convenient for me especially with QR scanning for both items and staff and I can easily add custom options or accessories where needed. Returns are just as smooth and I even like that staff can return their own equipment through the portal depending on how we configure it. I've also benefited from the integrations with MDM solutions, Azure and others. I don't need extra devices on site since everything works through the web or app, including QR scanning which makes things easier for me. I also like that permissions can be tailored per user and SSO adds extra security in my experience.

Cons

Some of the integrations feel a little clunky and they don't always run automatically. Nesting departments and rooms can also get a bit untidy. The automatic asset numbering works fine until someone changes the sequence, such as skipping from 1052 straight to 2000 or starting to include letters and then there's no way to return to the previous numbering pattern like going back to 1053. As a workaround, we ended up using the serial number as the asset tag since that can be automatically filled in through the app.

I also feel the product looks polished and is easy for admins like me to navigate. The integrations alone have been a real game changer for our team.

Cons

Most of the downsides for me are really just feature requests I've already submitted. In general, the cons come down to something not existing yet or running into a feature that I wish worked a bit better. None of those issues are serious enough to be deal breakers for me.

Cons

inventory tracking that delivers

Pros

Importing data into the system has been very easy for me especially with CSV imports from Excel which makes setup much faster. I also find it does a great job with inventory and asset management, since I can track not just who has an item but also its availability, condition, maintenance history, cost, age and repair expenses. That level of detail has been very useful in my experience. On top of that, I've had excellent support whenever I needed it, including quick replies and even one-on-one video calls.

Cons

A few limitations still stand out. There's no way to print a list of items included in a kit and you also can't convert a template kit into an actual kit. Kits are not visible when loan rights are provided through portal access which can be frustrating. It's also not possible to print accessories by accessory category.

responsive support and hassle-free inventory

Pros

Managing assets and inventory has been very easy for our team. I've found the support team responsive and genuinely helpful and the tool is simple for both our clients and internal staff to use.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. We haven't run into any particular bugs or issues and whenever something does come up, the support team responds quickly and helps resolve it promptly.

helpful support and quick learning

Pros

Setting up the system was very smooth for me and I felt the customer service made a big difference during onboarding. I was able to join a Zoom call and quickly understand everything. It also gives me confidence knowing I can reach a real person later if I ever need help again.

Cons

Bringing in my current inventory could definitely be more aligned. Adding all of my stock items took quite a bit of time and felt a little outdated but once everything was entered into the system, it worked really well.
