ResQ makes it easy for restaurants to communicate directly with suppliers for repair and maintenance requests. Owners can quickly check the status of repair orders and their expected completion dates, streamlining the entire process.
Cons
It doesn't have an offline mode so if the internet goes down, there's no way to queue requests or access the system since it's entirely cloud-based. However, this also makes it highly flexible and easy to use across restaurant chains.

Pros
The 24/7 availability of ResQ's services and teams provides peace of mind especially during late-night and overnight shifts. It eliminates the need to keep expensive technicians on standby while ensuring that equipment issues are handled promptly.
Cons
Being fully cloud-based means the system is vulnerable to service outages, like the massive Rogers outage in July 2022 that affected all of Canada. During such disruptions, it becomes impossible to facilitate necessary repairs or maintain connections.
