The platform is simple and welcoming. The help crew is amazing and kind. It's speedy and never locks up or stops working.

Cons

It would save us a lot of time if we could assign multiple items to a person all at once instead of one by one.

Pros

It provides a single, clear window into all our hardware and software subscriptions making our tech support tasks run better. Setup was fast, teaching coworkers is simple and it connects perfectly with our existing systems like JumpCloud and Google.

Cons

The platform is meeting our requirements but it could still expand its capabilities particularly with more advanced automatic tasks and options for personalized reports as it develops.

“Fresh design!

Pros

I'm a big fan of the design as it's fresh, clean and puts every tool you need right at your fingertips. The amount of personalization you can do is excellent.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind right now. A few settings weren't quite right at first but a fast call to the help desk sorted it out immediately, it was likely our mistake anyway.

Pros

It links up smoothly with Microsoft 365 and can hold a massive amount of details.

Cons

This doesn't apply to me. I'm sure there are more advanced tools we don't need because we're a smaller operation.

Pros

We appreciate how uncomplicated it is, letting us handle our daily equipment tracking jobs without fuss. It pulls data from various places and brings it all together into one clear system. It also lets us safely give management powers to people outside our tech department.

Cons

A phone app would be great, giving us more freedom to use the platform on the go.

Pros

As a smaller company, we used to rely on spreadsheets to monitor staff, gear and app contracts. That was untrustworthy because it depended on people remembering to log every change. This service connects with so many of our other platforms so we know right away if a new person joins or a laptop gets left behind. It's also saved us a lot of cash by helping us monitor our software deals so we never have to bank on one individual to cancel a pricey subscription we don't need anymore.

Cons

We're hoping for a more detailed analysis of our costs in the future but we're confident that's coming in a future update.

Data is stored on UK servers. The interface is welcoming. The employees provide amazing help and are always making the product better.

Using QR codes for tagging gear, being able to scan them with a phone and the simple search function are all great.

Cons

Scanning QR codes or adding new equipment would be far simpler if there were a dedicated application for smartphones.

Pros

This has been an excellent system for monitoring our company's equipment. There are some very clever tools like scanning a new tag with your phone and going straight to the page to register the item. I also love that it can hold contracts, monitor people and let a staff member scan a device to see who it belongs to. The company is also super quick to listen to suggestions and comments.

Cons

The physical tags for equipment could come in more styles like one that shows tampering if someone tries to peel it off or a version that can withstand water.

Pros

This is an extremely useful tool for any business, regardless of size. The layout is very logical, all the necessary tools are there and carefully designed. Linking it with Google, Microsoft and our HR platform made setup incredibly easy. The physical tags they send for tracking equipment are sturdy and last well. The new feature for spotting unauthorized software is a great addition. Being able to add check-ups to equipment is useful for upkeep. The finance connection helps control spending and plan for future hiring.

Cons

No downsides right now. The company is always improving the platform and rolling out new functions often. They don't have many true rivals because their service is so broad, touching helpdesk, HR, tech and budgeting.

Pros

We chose this mainly because it's so simple to monitor all our contracts and the people who have permission to use them. We also store the legal compliance details for those contracts. It works perfectly for that ! Also a huge thank you to the support team, they've been very supportive and answer all our questions promptly.

Cons

We're extremely pleased with everything. The team has always been fast to react when we suggest a new function that would improve the system for us like keeping legal compliance data or adding cost-per-user.

Pros

The screen shows the flow of people joining, leaving and current members with their assigned gear and licenses very clearly. Having our equipment catalog so well presented is a massive help. We never had a system like this before and used spreadsheets which was a mess. This is so simple to grasp and operate that managing our equipment list is actually pleasant.

There's nothing I dislike. They are always moving forward and every update brings another excellent new capability.
