It provides a single, clear window into all our hardware and software subscriptions making our tech support tasks run better. Setup was fast, teaching coworkers is simple and it connects perfectly with our existing systems like JumpCloud and Google.
Cons
The platform is meeting our requirements but it could still expand its capabilities particularly with more advanced automatic tasks and options for personalized reports as it develops.

I'm a big fan of the design as it's fresh, clean and puts every tool you need right at your fingertips. The amount of personalization you can do is excellent.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind right now. A few settings weren't quite right at first but a fast call to the help desk sorted it out immediately, it was likely our mistake anyway.
