“digital job log that works well”
Pros
Adding jobs is easy for me and I find having every job recorded in a digital log very useful.
Cons
One issue is that the mobile app from the app store behaves a bit differently from the web version. Not all assets appear in the app, while they do show up in the web app. A key feature that feels missing is push notifications. If a job is updated, added, or changed, it would make much more sense for the assigned user to get a push notification directly through the app. Right now, we only notice updates by checking the job list and although email notifications are sent, that is not ideal because not all staff have access to every email account linked to each user. If someone has the app on their phone, they should be notified instantly about any job that applies to them based on the account they are signed into, regardless of email access. Another limitation is with work order visibility. In the work order view, you can see a longer title for each job but on the dashboard in the web app, only a few characters are shown, so you cannot tell what the job is at a glance without opening it. It would also help to have a dashboard added to the mobile app. Our users are set up by department, such as maintenance, reception and housekeeping, so it would be much better if sub-users could be added under each main account. That would let us assign jobs to specific individuals within a team and improve accountability. At the moment, I have to add a note manually saying "job completed by XXX".

“maintenance planning that fits well”
Pros
Planning maintenance work has been really useful in my experience and I also find being able to generate Excel documents for stock maintenance very helpful. It integrates well with the business systems I use.
Cons
Assigning assets to a specific site is quite time-consuming and it would be much better to select and allocate a full list of items in one click. Another frustration is that whenever you update an item, work orders, or stock records, the system jumps back to the top of the page instead of returning you to where you were. That means a lot of unnecessary searching, makes the system feel slow and often ends with having to exit and log back in just to get things working properly again.

“simple and does the job!!!”
Pros
It is simple and basic but I still find it handles about 90% of what I need.
Cons
There are one or two small things that could be better. An annual meeting for users to talk through possible improvements would be a good way to refine it while still keeping the simplicity intact.

“user-friendly task management”
Pros
Navigation through the system feels easy for me and I don't need to be an IT expert to create or update tasks. I also find the online support team very responsive, as they get back to me quickly.
Cons
It still doesn't include every function we need right now. If you want something added or changed, several users usually have to request the same update first which makes sense from their side but it's a bit frustrating when you need it sooner.

“clean calendar and helpful support”
Pros
This CMMS took almost no time to start using. I find the interface very user-friendly and within about five minutes I felt confident enough to begin working with it. I also appreciate that it doesn't include unnecessary tabs or clutter, so only essential CMMS components are present. The calendar view stands out for me because it lets me see upcoming plans and completed work orders on one simple screen. I also find the 30-day free trial very useful for properly evaluating the software before deciding. On top of that, the customer support team has been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance and I find the pricing budget-friendly.
Cons
One thing that has caused us a lot of trouble is the lack of Excel template upload. Even though this is our only real complaint, it creates several practical problems for us. The prices of used items change every year and we cannot quickly reflect those updates in the system through an import. We keep backups of items and maintenance records but if we ever need to add them back into the system, there is no simple way to upload them. Since we handle more than 100 maintenance tasks each year and already have them listed in Excel, having to enter every single one manually takes a lot of extra time.

“affordable and practical tool”
Pros
In my experience, this software was very easy to start using and I also find the pricing affordable. It allows me to report areas of concern and gives users the ability to log breakdowns which has been very useful.
Cons
At the moment, the software covers everything we need. If we ever run into any gaps in the areas that matter to us, the team is open to the feedback and works on implementing a solution.
