“reliable access to field data”
Pros
Using it has been a wonderful experience for me. I've found it very helpful for accessing important data and documents wherever the tools are out in the field. The maintenance side through the Asset Intelligence Platform (AIP) has also been very useful. I hope it continues to be developed and improved further.
Cons
The only thing that could use some improvement is the platform's external appearance.
