“It is fine!
Pros
It is highly customizable. And I can already see the potential of it for tracking assets and equipment in different ways. Just needs a bit of tweaking. About to test it live right now.
Cons
The TEMP/DMP module for managing work procedures is really bad. It definitely needs improvement. With some tweaks, I seriously think this could be a great product. And although the interface is user-friendly but it feels like a maintenance person was not involved in designing this part at all.

“Makes our job simple
Pros
The Asset Guardian made it so much easier for us to organize and manage our equipment maintenance. It integrates smoothly with our ERP system, which was a key factor in choosing a CMMS.
Cons
I do not use it myself, but I haven't heard any complaints from actual users, so there is nothing specific I can point out.

“Good fit for us
Pros
Since we knew Microsoft NAV/BC was strong, adding TAG for CMMS was an easy and proven perfect fit for us.
Cons
This seems more like a process issue as we update our services. We do both testing and maintenance, but not every customer who tests equipment needs maintenance. We're still working on the best way to set up and manage the data.

“Reliable software backed by expert support
Pros
The NAV integration is great. Also, the web and client software interfaces work well, and the ability to add related requirements to work orders makes warehouse processing a lot easier for me.
Cons
It is missing some important reports and KPIs. Also, it only allows one PWO for recurring tasks at a time. So we have to finish one before the next one is created, which is annoying.

“Offer amazing customer service
Pros
Works seamlessly with Navision and meets all our needs. We could not ask for more.
Cons
Well it is not a complaint but I would love to see a bigger variety of reports available.

“Saving money with better maintenance strategies
Pros
The date meter policy and preventive maintenance features save us a lot of money on unexpected repairs, which can be otherwise too expensive. Also it is highly modular, quite easy to use and follows industry best practices by streamlining maintenance processes. Also, it gives a clear, complete view of equipment hierarchy. It is especially helpful for large plants with multiple equipment and parts.
Cons
It could be better if it integrated with the standard Fixed Assets module. Also, I feel like TAG's work order processing could use better integration with standard item consumption. Plus more features for outsourced maintenance would be great, especially for companies that rely on third-party services for equipment repairs and replacements.

“Delivers both quality and great service
Pros
We love how easy it is to use. And everyone in our team quickly got on board because it is simple and gets the job done fast.
Cons
Setting it up just the way we want takes some effort. However its all worth it. As once you put in the work, everything becomes simple later.

“Covers everything for us
Pros
TAG is an awesome tool for tracking all maintenance activities on equipment and assets. From scheduling upcoming maintenance and generating work orders to keeping a record of past issues and breakdowns. In short it covers everything for us.
Cons
It is not as user-friendly as some other CMMS software. There is definitely a learning curve, especially for new users in our team who have not worked with NAV before.
