“excellent reporting and support”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and the reporting features have been especially useful. I also really value the relationship with the developers which has been a big positive.
Cons
At this point, I don't really have any downsides to mention. I'm looking forward to learning the Next Generation Platform more so I can eventually identify areas for improvement and help make it even better.

Pros
Being web-based and wireless is a big plus for us, since it can be accessed from virtually anywhere.
Cons
It doesn't really seem built with healthcare in mind. The scanners also don't work as well as expected over a wireless connection and the TRMS mobile software still has a few glitches that need to be worked out.
