flexible setup with great support

Pros

Right away, the software felt simple to work with and it can be customized to match our company's specific needs. The support team has also been very helpful.

Cons

One thing that's still missing is a easy way to handle audits across multiple customer locations when those locations overlap or intermingle.

real-time asset visibility

Pros

Having visibility into both our own assets and our customers' assets from the first transaction all the way through the asset's lifecycle has given our business a huge amount of insight. We can now clearly show customers which cylinder was delivered and exactly when it was picked up. It also gives us a real-time view and accounting of all our assets.

Cons

Since the pandemic, dealing with customer service has been frustrating. Quite a few times it feels like the support rep doesn't fully understand the issues or questions we're raising and in some cases the communication just drops off completely.

faster tracking and helpful support

Pros

Switching to this has been a big improvement over our old tracking system especially in terms of usability. The team also played a huge part in making the conversion go well and they were quick to answer questions and fix any issues that came up.

Cons

A few changes still have to go through a support ticket instead of being handled through our own configuration which can be limiting. That said, their response time on those requests has been very fast.

fast scanning with mobile access

Pros

Rapid-fire scanning is a big plus for my team and the cell phone app lets drivers use the equipment even in remote areas where there's no Wi-Fi.

Cons

Interface feels a bit clunky and doesn't have the polished, modern look you'd expect from current software. It comes across like the UI was built 15 years ago and never refreshed. That said, this only applies to the front end, not the backend, because the software itself works very well.

simple to use overall

Pros

Using this software feels very easy and not confusing at all. Since I'm not a technical person, having something that's this simple to work with really matters to me.

Cons

The app does crash from time to time on my phone which makes it hard to finish a job without restarting the device first.

works on nearly any device

Pros

Being able to run this software on almost any device is a huge plus for us and using the device camera as the scanner is easily the best feature.

Cons

It was harder to start than it should have been because there isn't any tutorial. We had to spend time experimenting just to figure out how it worked before we could begin training others.

flexible platform with helpful support

Pros

We ended up using this software for a project it wasn't originally built for but the workflow was close enough that it fit our needs really well. One of the biggest advantages was how flexible it turned out to be. On top of that, their technical support worked with us and helped come up with a creative solution to address our business challenge.

Cons

Getting the reporting configured exactly the way we wanted took a bit of time at first. That said, after reaching out to technical support, we were able to sort it out and get the reporting set up to match what we needed.

credible tracking and responsive support

Pros

Their IT team has been really helpful when we need custom reports which gives us more flexibility in how we support our customers. Having a third-party system tracking every asset change also adds credibility whenever issues come up, because there's a clear record of what happened. On top of that, the team is very accessible whenever something needs attention. We even include this as part of our value-added pitch when we're trying to show customers why we're the right vendor to choose.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about but pricing on custom reports can be inconsistent. Some are very cost-effective, while others feel overpriced. I'm also not a fan of the newest upgrade since it mainly changed the format and overall view. It doesn't feel as easy to navigate to the areas I want to reach, even if the prompts were probably designed around the actions most users take most often. Like a lot of system changes over the years, I preferred the older version.

barcode tracking that delivers

Pros

Right away, the barcode feature has been one of the most useful parts for me. It works well on both smartphone and desktop and the platform gives a clear, organized way to keep track of assets. Whenever there's an issue, the support team is there to help and they've been very patient and reliable every time.

Cons

One area that still needs improvement is custom reports. There are times when I need a report for a specific task and need it immediately. Since the data already exists in the system, I'd like the option to download everything myself so I can filter and adjust it as needed. That might take more time on my end but at least I'd have access to the data whenever I need it. Right now, I have to contact the team to generate a customized report. That works well if I need the same report every month and want to save time especially when I need custom fields included.

asset searches work really well

Pros

It does exactly what it's meant to do in my experience. I find that locating assets isn't a problem and there are several ways to search for them depending on whatever identifying details are available.

Cons

This software seems to have been designed more with gas suppliers and fillers in mind. I run a DME company that delivers medical equipment to patients at home, so I'm tracking both the equipment and the patients. The system still works very well but I'd really like to have last name, first name and middle initial entered into separate fields.

built for the industry

Pros

this software feels like it was built specifically for the industry. It tackles the most common problems and handles them in a very easy, practical way.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is database access. The DB isn't fully open or queryable and having unrestricted access to my own information would make it much better.

Perfect platform with excellent support

Pros

Right from rollout, I've found this tool feels great and dependable, with plenty of useful functionality built in. We recently implemented it for a customer and I've seen how pleased they've been with how easy it was to get up and running and start using. That has been a big positive for us as well. I also found the support team excellent throughout and the software gives us lots of room to grow and expand how we use it over time. The customization we asked for during implementation was delivered well and has been working very effectively.

Cons

At the moment, the mobile app feels too limited for the price being charged. It's fairly basic and the cost makes it hard to justify right now because the value just isn't there for us yet. If the functionality improves and the pricing model becomes more reasonable, it's definitely something we'd be open to investing in later.

Capable asset tracking everywhere

Pros

It keeps track of our assets with very few problems in my experience. I also find being able to use the application and pull up our information across different types of devices a major advantage.

Cons

Since the recent webpage redesign, getting to information that used to be available in one place with a single click now takes several extra steps.

Great tool for tracking!!

Pros

From the start, I've found it easy to use and the system is flexible enough to fit different ways of working. It has made a noticeable difference in both the accuracy and efficiency of our asset tracking process. I also experienced the support team as excellent, not just during implementation but afterward as well.

Cons

There's no direct database access for reporting and some built-in reports feel a bit limited. That said, custom reports can still be created when needed.

reliable cloud access everywhere

Pros

Having this software in the cloud and working in real time has been a big advantage in my experience, since I can access it anywhere there's an internet or cellular connection. I find adding users, items, customers and similar details very easy and whenever I run into a problem, the support is quick to respond and help me sort it out.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. If anything, getting everything set up can be tedious and pretty time-consuming for a company starting from scratch without prior experience using a service like this. On top of that, creating barcodes for every single item takes a lot of time and labor to complete properly.

flexible platform with great potential

Pros

One thing that really works well is the flexibility this system gives us in my experience. The mobile app still needs full offline capability, though. When our drivers are out on the road and lose internet signal, it can log them out which creates problems for the team.

Cons

At this point, the biggest need is a few improvements to the mobile app. There seems to be a small intermittent bug during the PPS scan that causes it to freeze up from time to time. Our team also needs the option to add the customer and PPS at the end of the transaction, so we can meet customers at the dock and make sure they receive the correct cylinders.

Versatile cylinder tracking and history

Pros

One of the biggest advantages I've seen is being able to track cylinder movement and show customers records going back 10 years. At a moment's notice, we can tell them which cylinders they have, the barcode numbers tied to them and how long they've been in their possession. Our team also really values the preventive maintenance logs for the larger vessels.

Cons

One significant downside is having to create an order before scanning a cylinder in the new system. That has disrupted the customer workflow our team had gotten used to.

accurate balances

Pros

It works well in my experience because the system keeps track of cylinder balances accurately and reliably. I also find pulling up a customer's cylinder balance fairly easy which makes that part of the job simple to handle.

Cons

On the downside, we run into a lot of problems with our Tecsys integration and it doesn't seem to be an IT-related issue. On top of that, finding rental rates is more tough than it should be since I have to run a report every time. That process really needs to be much simpler.

better container visibility

Pros

Across the organization, I've found this gives us much better visibility into how our containers are being tracked. It's also useful for keeping the sales team updated on what customers currently have out and how long those containers have been with them.

Cons

Right now, the part I struggle with most is knowing where to find the specific information I need. That said, I expect this will become less of a problem once I've spent more time using the program.

One thing that really stands out in my experience is the real-time deliveries. It keeps everything moving quickly and makes the whole process feel reliable and efficient.
