“reliable real-time and simple to use
Pros
The real-time performance has been excellent for me and the platform feels easy to understand from the beginning. I also appreciate the customization options because they let us adjust the system to fit our workflow. The technical support team has also been very responsive and helpful whenever needed.
Cons
For the way our team operates, the PO's and calendar module don't really match our workflow at the moment, although they are actively working on improvements. Also, custom reporting still has to be requested for now instead of being handled directly within the system.

“powerful web-based flexibility
Pros
This web-based platform is both powerful and flexible in my experience. I like that it doesn't require licenses and can scale across unlimited users in the organization. Since it's internet-based, I can access it from anywhere and the interface is quick to learn.
Cons
It's very capable overall but the visual design could be more polished.

“Versatile reporting and simple workflow
Pros
One thing that matters a lot to me is how reliable and accurate the reporting is. Having dependable information and proof to share is extremely important in our work. I also find the system simple to use and the workflow feels natural enough that there's very little guesswork involved. That made adoption much easier for our teams. A major reason we implemented it was because it allowed people across our institution to submit requests directly through the platform.
Cons
At this point, we do not really have a true list of cons. Any minor concerns that came up were discussed with support and handled for us very quickly. Most of them were not serious problems, just small preferences for minor tweaks in how our records and proof were presented, along with setup and configuration adjustments that would better match the way we work.

Pros
Getting started was easy for me and after the initial setup, our work orders and preventive maintenance processes became automated. It has really helped align our day-to-day operations.
Cons
We've been using it for more than five years and the company continues to look for ways to improve and upgrade the product. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say.

Pros
The customer support has honestly been outstanding in my experience. They work with us more like a partner than just a vendor and they've been very involved in helping us improve and expand our Biomed program.
Cons
The canned reports are limiting and we'd like to be able to edit them.

Whenever we've needed new features, extra options, or just help figuring out how to use the product, their team has consistently been there for us.
Cons
Our technicians mainly access the system from their cell phones so we do wish there were a dedicated app that worked better for field use.
