maintenance plans are excellent

Pros

The maintenance plans are very good in my experience. I do think it would be even better if the issued reports included images of the maintenance work that was completed.

Cons

The mobile app is not very user-friendly and the observations box in the browser makes the work harder. The issue with using schedules when generating reports has still not been resolved.

excellent process traceability

Pros

One of the best things about this product in my experience is the excellent traceability it provides for executed processes. I find it user-friendly and while the integration isn't simple, it offers broad enough coverage to address practically all needs.

Cons

It would be very helpful to include interaction with external vendors, since many of us manage maintenance through other companies and need to keep a clear record of the interventions carried out by third parties.

Simple web and flexible exports

Pros

Website is very user-friendly in my experience, with an simple layout that makes it simple to find all the information needed. I also find that it adapts well to the export requirements in our organization which gives it a lot of flexibility.

Cons

It has quite a few issues connecting to the cloud. Statuses do not refresh properly and the cache has to be cleared manually which is not something users are normally used to doing. On the licensing side, there should be two categories, one for managers and another for regular users, because we have assistants we do not register since a full license is not justified for them. If there were a lower-cost tier, that would make much more sense.

user-friendly setup and integration

Pros

The platform has a very user-friendly environment in both the back-office and mobile versions in my experience. I find it quick to configure, simple to use and it also stands out for its extensibility and integration with other systems.

Cons

A few features are still missing but they're already on the roadmap for future development.

Simple asset cost calculation tool

Pros

I've found that registering on the platform is easy and I find it simple to use. It's also very helpful for tracking and calculating expenses by asset.

Cons

The installation process on iOS is less convenient when compared with Android.

Powerful technical asset organizer

Pros

It comes with very capable built-in tools in my experience and I find that adding extra configurations makes it even more powerful for organizing the work of the technical team. In our case, I've seen it help manage both our own equipment and the units we have sold to our customers.

Cons

Some tools are still in the early stages of development, so there is still plenty of room for improvement.

Paperless multi-device maintenance workspace

Pros

Running maintenance across the company without relying on a single sheet of paper has been a big advantage in my experience. I find it easy to use and very practical thanks to the multi-platform setup. I've also found customer support very good whenever questions come up or a problem needs to be sorted out.

Cons

Customizable mobile maintenance software

Pros

One of the best parts is that the software feels dynamic in my experience and I find the mobile app adds a lot of value. I also see that the developers listen to customer feedback and keep improving the product which helps it stay relevant and useful. On top of that, I find it offers great customization options, along with powerful filtering and search features.

Cons

The area that still needs more attention is reporting. The developers should add more reports and KPI options so customers can monitor things more easily and make better decisions.

Fast textile maintenance solution

Affordable evolving CMMS software

Pros

It's a GMAO/CMMS software that I've found easy to implement, priced very reasonably for the times we're in and backed by customer service that comes close to excellence, something that's honestly hard to find in the software world. I also see that the product keeps evolving based on customers' new needs which gives a real sense of trust and confidence.

Cons

There are still some important features left to develop, although they are already included in the roadmap for the coming years. They need to speed up development, because the next 2 to 3 years will be crucial for companies involved in equipment maintenance.

Complete yet simple CMMS

Pros

Most CMMS platforms tend to be very comprehensive and hard to navigate in my experience. I find this one is just as complete as other CMMS options, or even more so, yet it manages to stay friendly and very simple for the average user.

Cons

Didn't run into anything I disliked. It has adapted completely to our needs and the company's support during onboarding was a big part of making that happen.

Mobile asset control solution

Pros

Using it has been a very user-friendly experience in my view, with practical features that really help me manage and control assets. I also find it a configurable tool that adapts well to different types of businesses. The mobile version is especially valuable in my experience because it gives technical users more mobility and makes daily tasks much more convenient.

Cons

It already offers strong functionality and has continued adapting to newer technologies. My only recommendation would be to keep up with emerging technologies and make sure the platform can connect with them, such as capturing variable data from assets to support their maintenance.

versatile CMMS with broad integration

Pros

One of its biggest strengths in my experience is how practical it is. I find it can be rolled out in pretty much any company and works well with all kinds of software and sensors. In our case, I've seen it connect to freezer cabinet temperature sensors without any trouble.

Cons

After reviewing different maintenance platforms, we still see this as the best CMMS option on the market. That said, there are still a few technical areas that could be improved.

useful exports but slow access

Pros

Navigating around the software is easy in my experience, exporting information is simple and I find setting up filters doesn't take much effort.

Cons

Biggest downside is how slow it is to access. It would also be much more useful if the session could stay open for longer than 10 minutes when inactive.

reliable maintenance control

Pros

Having preventive maintenance for our processing and packaging lines managed in one system has been really helpful in my experience. It also gives us great control over all the new machinery throughout our 10,000 m� facility.

Cons

App still needs a bit more development although we've noticed major improvements in recent releases, so it feels likely these requirements will be addressed soon.
