Pros
The maintenance plans are very good in my experience. I do think it would be even better if the issued reports included images of the maintenance work that was completed.
Cons
The mobile app is not very user-friendly and the observations box in the browser makes the work harder. The issue with using schedules when generating reports has still not been resolved.

Website is very user-friendly in my experience, with an simple layout that makes it simple to find all the information needed. I also find that it adapts well to the export requirements in our organization which gives it a lot of flexibility.
Cons
It has quite a few issues connecting to the cloud. Statuses do not refresh properly and the cache has to be cleared manually which is not something users are normally used to doing. On the licensing side, there should be two categories, one for managers and another for regular users, because we have assistants we do not register since a full license is not justified for them. If there were a lower-cost tier, that would make much more sense.

I also see that the product keeps evolving based on customers' new needs which gives a real sense of trust and confidence.
Cons
There are still some important features left to develop, although they are already included in the roadmap for the coming years. They need to speed up development, because the next 2 to 3 years will be crucial for companies involved in equipment maintenance.
