A one-stop solution

Pros

The system is so simple to use. I have been using it for over 10 years and it has improved a lot. They offer great modules for different environments, helping both admin and facilities staff. Plus the step by step setup guides and troubleshooting tips are very helpful. Best of all, their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to any issues and even follow up to make sure everything is resolved. I also love the training sessions and the support we get during their annual conferences.

Cons

At times upgrades move our data around or change how our forms are set up. Good practices get updated, so we have to adjust or figure out where things are now located.

Reliable software with excellent service

Pros

As it is cloud-based, we are able to access it from anywhere in the world. Hardly faced any downtime and the interface is easy to use with a simple, intuitive design.

Cons

The sidebar and menu fonts could be bigger. Also, query results cause confusion for us at first. However, later things get better as we learn that if there is no data, it just shows a blank record instead of an empty return.

A well-equipped and powerful solution

Pros

TMA is a powerful system that works the best for different departments, industries and job types. It has all the tools we needed for everyone, from directors and managers to technicians. You can manage work orders, key control, inventory, costs, space and more. Plus, it integrates with tons of other software that facilities use across different businesses. And the best part is that it works on multiple platforms, whether you are in the office or on the go.

Cons

Well it is hard to find something we do not like.

The best to track maintenance expenses

Pros

It makes tracking work orders easy for us and allows for detailed reporting.

Cons

So far, I have not run into any issues using the TMA system.

Decent but could be better

Pros

The best thing I have noticed about it is that it has strong task management and preventive maintenance features.

Cons

They take way too long to release updates. New features only go to SaaS customers, while self-hosted customers like us are stuck with outdated software. And since CMMS does not have a high customer turnover, they don't seem too worried about losing self-hosted users, so they just do not prioritize them.

Quite simple!

Pros

It is really user-friendly. Also, it did not take much of my time to learn. The support team is great as they always respond quickly. I use it daily, and it makes insurance compliance for my organization much smoother.

Cons

It would be great if it allowed me to update producer contact information more easily as it changes so often.

Keeps our business running perfectly

Pros

Even though this CMMS has a lot of programs and extra features, training someone on the basics is easy. Many of our staff just want a simple way to do their tasks and move on, and this system allows that. At the same time, all the data is there for me to analyze and find ways to improve our processes. It is what keeps our 70+ buildings running. We can create work orders, manage them and track everything efficiently.

Cons

The report writing function is a bit confusing. Even though there are multiple pre-built reports available but finding the right one, modifying it and scheduling it takes longer than it should. So I prefer running saved queries instead. Hopefully, upcoming improvements make it easier to use as I am looking forward to that.

Dependable and innovative

Pros

WebTMA is very important for our work order management, preventive maintenance and building management. We also use it for key management, custodial services, space management, capital planning and executive dashboards.

Cons

It is not a complaint but we have a self-hosted setup so we can connect with other applications. So we are looking forward to the option of switching to TMA-hosted while still keeping full database access as we have heard it is supposed to be in their plans.

Manage work orders with ease

Pros

I love how easy WebTMA is to use and that it keeps a complete history of our past work orders. We use SaaS and it has been great.

Cons

The system runs really well. Any small issues we have had, customer service has fixed quickly.

Offers the best service

Pros

WebTMA 5 gives us the flexibility to customize it based on how our departments work instead of forcing us to change our processes to fit the software. Plus the UI customization makes it intuitive for users of all skill levels.

Cons

Some features we would love to use do not fully meet our needs yet. But we can work with TMA's support and professional services to explore new ideas and improvements.

Happy with it!

Pros

The work order process from the customer request to the technician completing the task is simple yet powerful.

Cons

No cons to share. WebTMA is packed with great features. We can also purchase extra modules for even more functionality. And the best thing is that TMA keeps an eye on customer feedback and industry trends to develop new modules that fit what users need.
