Too Expensive. We gone.

Pros

The layout was easy to navigate. Drivers found the prestarts excellent.

Cons

The price was an issue. We run combinations, making it too expensive to use and enter all 150+ assets. We found a cheaper alternative in Australia (MEX). After explaining our situation to Whip Around, they asked higher-ups for a better price, but we had already signed with MEX.

Pros

The support team responds quickly and either resolves an issue or helps find a solution.

Cons

Integration with Asset Tiger would be very beneficial for us! Tracking inspections when equipment is checked out is crucial for our reporting.

Terrible End to a Decent Product

Pros

Simple to create forms and track assets. Quite customizable.

Cons

Some form limitations, fees doubled over a weekend, and a cumbersome cancellation process. There are now better, cheaper alternatives.

Whip Around for the Custodial Company

Pros

When we initially set it up, the team at Whip Around assisted us in uploading all our vehicle data and demonstrated how to input past vehicle repairs. They quickly incorporated our existing vehicle inspection checklist. The process was smooth and effortless. Now, Whip Around houses all our repair documents, making it effortless to find warranty repairs.

Cons

The product is simple to use. Our biggest hurdle is getting our team to regularly submit their inspections. I'm exploring the possibility of integrating Whip Around with Microsoft Teams to improve consistency.

Money Saver

Pros

The Whip Around app has become essential for monitoring my fleet of box trucks daily. We require drivers to inspect each vehicle after every shift to ensure no damages go unnoticed. It has also helped keep the cabs cleaner and identify deficiencies immediately. I can't imagine managing my operation without it. Thank you!

A unique use and amazing results

Pros

Although Whip Around was created for the trucking industry, we have adapted it for our fleet of towing vessels. The support team has been fantastic and very responsive to any questions I've had.

Cons

It would be incredibly beneficial to set up alerts for my Captains on specific days of the week without having to create an alert for each individual day.

Whip Around Maintenance Review

Pros

I like the feature of scheduling maintenance and receiving automatic notifications when a scheduled maintenance is upcoming or overdue.

Cons

With scheduled maintenance, sometimes a truck exceeds the maintenance threshold and remains marked as overdue until the maintenance is completed, but it can't be filled.

Great product unless you need customer service.

Pros

Effective in monitoring vehicle maintenance requirements.

Cons

The inability to manage the account subscription online. I had to wait for my account rep to call me, all while the clock was ticking and I wanted to complete the cancellation.
