user-friendly setup and support

Pros

Platform has been very user-friendly and simple to work with and the one-on-one meetings with my representative and the team really helped make my transition feel convenient and well supported.

Cons

We really haven't run into any unresolved problems and any issue that has come up has been personally handled and taken care of by the team.

clean dashboard for multi-unit teams

Pros

Interface feels clean and simple, so getting around the platform is easy and I find the feature set powerful with enough customization to adapt it to my needs, while the mobile app and dashboard options meet exactly what I need for managing multi-unit operations.

Cons

A few of the terms were a bit confusing at the beginning but after spending some time with it, everything started to make sense.

flexible setup and helpful team

Pros

Working with it has been very easy especially since I'm not especially tech-savvy and the ability to customize it to my needs makes it feel very tailored to my workflow, with the team always being accessible whenever I have questions.

Cons

The agenda layout can feel a little confusing at first but after using it for a bit, it becomes simple to follow.

top-notch support and automation

Pros

Having one-on-one live support makes a huge difference and the customer service is hard to beat, with the app taking care of most of the work once inspections are set up, while I find reporting and scheduling very easy to manage along with the useful chat feature.

Cons

user-friendly tracking and teamwork

Pros

The system has been very user-friendly and on the admin side it allows real-time monitoring of work orders so I can easily keep up with my maintenance team which has improved communication since I started using it.

Cons

Everything has been going really well overall. The only feedback I have is that the description font size in the app could be a bit larger.

Great for work orders and photo logging shine

Pros

Using it feels very user-friendly and simple to navigate to me. Being able to create templates or edit them, plus add photos or snap them on the spot, is a big advantage. It makes it much faster to create work orders or record lost and found items during busy times especially when you're out on the floors or doing walkthroughs.

Cons

A few additions would make it even better, offering more language options that users can choose in their profile, improving the Common Log so multiple departments can add notes during the same shift and adding room maps for Preventive Maintenance, Deep Cleaning and monthly project tasks.

Pros

It is extremely simple and it still gives me all the flexibility I could ever need. It lets me keep my safety documents, operating procedures and company policies all in one place so everyone can access and use them.

boutique operations finally aligned

Pros

Running a boutique property has become much more manageable with this in place. It helps my support staff and me stay aligned across all the different parts of the business, has simplified day-to-day work and has almost completely eliminated the need for constant text messaging while still helping us maintain the high service standards we aim for.

Cons

One thing I'd really like added is a calendar feature with special notes. There are times when we do small extras in guest rooms, like leaving champagne or fresh flowers and it would be really helpful to include those details directly on the calendar.

Pros

Their customer service has been the biggest highlight for me. It really feels like they care about the customer experience and they seem to take feedback seriously and use it to shape how the software improves over time.

Cons

The interface can feel a little overwhelming when you're new to this kind of software. It would also be much more useful for long-term record keeping if there were a dedicated place to view all archived reports and tasks.
