PERFECT TOOL

Pros

The connection speed is simply remarkable, it's consistently the fastest I've ever experienced. This makes it an absolutely indispensable tool for maintaining seamless, real-time communication with our clients, ensuring we're always responsive and connected.

Cons

really powerful features

Pros

The integration with HubSpot is smooth. It's a powerful and secure solution that never crashes. I also love that it's 100% secure since it doesn't route calls through big tech servers. The switchboard features like call hold, merging, and private video chats during larger meetings, are fantastic and something you don't get with Zoom or Google Meet.

Cons

It has strong potential in real estate for leasing and sales but the industry is still stuck in its old "phone call and appointment" ways. It would also help if we could customize the look of the buttons and interface to match our brand.

Effortless customer connection

Pros

Since customers can just click a link to start a chat or video call, it makes it incredibly easy to resolve issues before and during orders.

Cons

It was easy to set up. I don't have any negatives. I've seen people complain about static in meeting rooms but it's never been a problem for us.

Easy for guests, clunky for admin

Pros

It's very easy for the person joining the call. They don't need any special software, just a webcam and microphone. The screen sharing feature works well too.

Cons

The admin interface feels a bit clunky. It would be nice if 11Sight could clean it up and make it more intuitive.

Pros

It works like an extra phone line for my clients. I can choose whether to take a voice call or switch to video.

Cons

The online waiting room where clients wait before I join doesn't work very well. I've had to contact support about it several times.

nearly matches Zoom!!

Pros

Let's be honest, Zoom has set the standard for video calls and people expect that same experience. 11Sight comes very close and my clients find it just as easy to use.

Cons

I wish I could figure out how to turn off the "knocking" sound when a client arrives. I just want them to enter the room directly without me having to let them in. That should be turned off by default.

powerful, brandable tool

Pros

I really appreciate that it's a standalone tool and that we can white label it with our own branding.

Cons

At first I found it a bit difficult to navigate. I ended up spending an hour with customer support and realized I was just resistant to something different from what I was used to.
