Pros
The integration with HubSpot is smooth. It's a powerful and secure solution that never crashes. I also love that it's 100% secure since it doesn't route calls through big tech servers. The switchboard features like call hold, merging, and private video chats during larger meetings, are fantastic and something you don't get with Zoom or Google Meet.
Cons
It has strong potential in real estate for leasing and sales but the industry is still stuck in its old "phone call and appointment" ways. It would also help if we could customize the look of the buttons and interface to match our brand.

It's very easy for the person joining the call. They don't need any special software, just a webcam and microphone. The screen sharing feature works well too.
Cons

Let's be honest, Zoom has set the standard for video calls and people expect that same experience. 11Sight comes very close and my clients find it just as easy to use.
Cons
I wish I could figure out how to turn off the "knocking" sound when a client arrives. I just want them to enter the room directly without me having to let them in. That should be turned off by default.
