“Gave an engagement boost”
Pros
Employee engagement improved with this and the overall experience was simple to use. We received positive feedback as well and I'd definitely use it again.
Cons
The setup took a little effort at first but their support team was very helpful throughout. We were also installing the monitor in a tricky spot so that really wasn't an issue caused by the product itself.

“Keeps us connected”
Pros
Across our different office locations, this app has made it much easier to stay in touch with coworkers. I can set up custom group chats for each department in the company which keeps conversations organized and relevant. It really simplifies messaging and makes daily communication much more convenient.
Cons
Uptil now, I honestly haven't run into anything to dislike about the application. I've been using it every day since I started my insurance broker role and it has worked really well for me.

“displays are nice”
Pros
The visual design is really attractive. One of the ways we use it is to showcase upcoming and current events on our intranet and it always grabs my attention.
Cons
I do wish the integration with other tools especially PowerPoint, were better. I end up recreating visuals that already exist in Appspace pretty often and that gets tiring. But its a great tool overall, no big complaints

It brings together a broad set of features, from digital signage and space booking to visitor management and an employee app. Having all of that in one platform makes it a well-rounded solution for managing the workplace.
Cons
Getting started with it does come with a small learning curve but i found no issues with it at all

“Limited AI value”
Pros
Working from anywhere is very doable with it, all thanks to its efficient communication and workplace management tools. I can connect to it easily from my laptop. The digital signage features are the standout part for me. Also, i love how the displays automatically resize to fit my screen without stretching the image so everything looks natural on whatever device I'm using. Another big plus is that there's no minimum hardware requirement to show content, as long as the display settings are built with the ready-made templates.
Cons
I've only run into a few issues with the newer AI tools for summarizing content. They haven't been very useful because most of the content is already shortened enough to make it readable for a wider audience. I think it would be more helpful if they added other tools that actually improve workspace communication.

“Love the templates here”
Pros
Using it has been very simple and the template/card library is a big plus because there's already plenty there to work from. I also really appreciate being able to control when content is shown and having it automatically archived when I want which makes managing everything much more convenient.
Cons
I really haven't run into anything that feels like a true downside with this product. There are a couple of extra features that would be nice to see added but overall it's been a very solid product.

“feature-packed”
Pros
This suite comes loaded with capabilities. It can build or enhance a wide range of services for content management and distribution, supports plenty of endpoint devices and includes lots of out-of-the-box templates that help speed up editing and deployment. It's also nice to have the flexibility of choosing either on-prem or cloud deployment.
Cons
Pricing has gone up quite a bit and certain features are only available through extra licensing.

“So good”
Pros
Having more than just digital signage included under a single licensing model adds a lot of value. It's also a big plus to keep data sovereignty intact through deployment in a local regional data centre. The platform offers a useful level of device monitoring as well and being able to hand off content admin responsibilities to local users makes management much more practical.
Cons
A few gaps still stand out. There's no multi-factor authentication and the current licensing model limits the number of users when I'd rather see licensing based only on signage endpoints. Device monitoring and control are somewhat limited right now so expanding that would help. Another concern is the Passport feature storing authentication credentials for other platforms. From a security standpoint, this really should move to a token-based authentication approach so it doesn't have to keep those sensitive credentials on file.

“Has strong features”
Pros
After more than a year, it has worked well for us overall. The setup was a bit tricky in the beginning since we were on Windows 10 LTSB and had to rely on the Chrome extension but once that was sorted out, deployment and day-to-day use were very simple.
Cons
For our needs, it offers really solid features. The only area that could use improvement is support since a few people on my team mentioned not getting enough follow-up or timely assistance.
