Pros

Apptoto is a great tool for sending reminders for a complex program. It meets my business needs and operates effectively.

Cons

I have only use Apptoto for campaign messages so I can't speak to its other functions.

Good job by Apptoto

Pros

It has been extremely effective at reminding clients of their meetings, which has resulted in fewer no-shows. As an attorney, it's also been a valuable resource for notifying my clients about court dates.

Cons

Pros

The main agent we collaborate with is their customer service rep. He is very knowledgeable about the product and can quickly resolve any issues.

Cons

Sometimes the initial response to our chats can take a while, but once we connect, the issues are usually resolved quickly. Not all of our agents are as knowledgeable as our customer service representative.

Love the app, though it's a bit pricey.

Pros

Setting up appointment reminders and scheduling is incredibly simple.

Cons

I really wish it were cheaper. I love the app but if the cost keeps rising�� I'm not sure I can continue using it when there are cheaper or even free alternatives. I've been with the company for a long time.

We loved using apptoto

Pros

The White Glove onboarding process was extremely beneficial. Our rep was able to quickly and easily teach me how to manage our calendars.

Cons

Not exactly a negative comment but you need to be cautious when setting up rules, as the software is very precise and even small errors can lead to unexpected outcomes.

Outstanding customer service

Pros

Both myself and my clients find it easy to use. Though I was initially uncertain about the setup, the onboarding process was very simple and Apptoto helped me get started with ease.

A good starting point for automation

Pros

I appreciated the customizable scheduling reminders but the setup process was a bit challenging.

Cons

The setup was a major challenge. It took several days, and we had to troubleshoot repeatedly. Any time we made even a small change, the system would malfunction, so we were constantly worried that simple adjustments would cause issues.

Apptoto solves all calender reminder problems

Pros

The email reminders sent to attendees about upcoming appointments from my Google calendar are crucial to my business. Whether I add them manually or they book through a different scheduling tool, they'll receive an email reminder for the meeting. This works even if they don't use Google Calendar.

Cons

Apptoto offers a lot of features I don't use, but I still find it worth the price just for the calendar reminders.
