Pros
It gave me a practical way to back up emails from many different providers. Being able to convert messages into other formats and email clients, including PST and Thunderbird, is especially helpful when dealing with older systems.
Cons
The filtering options for choosing which emails to back up feel a bit confusing and more complicated than they should be. That makes it awkward to narrow down specific sections of emails especially when working with large inbox folders.
