“Loved using it”

Pros

This was a new tool at work and we all enjoyed it. During brainstorming sessions, it helped us get really nice keyword cloud visuals, run QCM quizzes in a more innovative way, assign tasks and then complete them.

Cons

Choosing the paid plan felt a bit harder than expected. Prices go up depending on the number of participants which basically forced us to limit our users so we wouldn't end up paying too much every month.

“Has engaging large-scale audience interaction tools”

Pros

I really enjoy the features that let you create word clouds with lots of participants, vote on multiple proposals and share ideas. It genuinely makes meetings feel more alive and dynamic, something you can even do in a lecture hall with several hundred people. The charts/graphics generated are actually pretty great and useful for moving a shared discussion forward. Another plus is that it helps keep a record of an event or a particular viewpoint at a given moment.

Cons

Using it requires a mobile phone and it would be better if it also worked directly on the company's professional computers. Also, it's worth double-checking the participation limit, the software works up to a certain number of entries and then can get blocked afterward so it depends on how the license is negotiated and what your organization needs.

“customizations are great”

Pros

It's pretty simple to get the hang of and using it feels easy. I also like that there's plenty of room for customization so it can fit different needs. The interactive activities are a nice touch and make the whole experience more engaging.

Cons

File uploads are limited depending on the edition.. somewhere between 5MB and 100MB.. so larger files have to be handled another way.

“diverse activity library”

Pros

The variety of activities included really helps keep meetings lively and gets more people involved.

Cons

It's a bit disappointing that the downloadable report only includes the Beekast activities and not all the slides that were imported. It would also be great to be able to run the video conference directly from within the tool instead of having to connect a separate Zoom session. For some team members, juggling multiple tools is simply too much.

“Simple setup for highly interactive meeting sessions”

Pros

There's a lot to like about how simple it is to set up interactive meetings, with a real back-and-forth during the session.

Cons

Occasionally you run into small slowdowns, along with some synchronization issues between participants.

“Looks and works great”

Pros

Design is really solid and the platform makes it easy to present content while taking advantage of gamification features. It's enjoyable to use and the built-in gamification adds a fun, interactive element to presentations.

Cons

A few technical hiccups come up and there are also some limits when it comes to file size. Customization requires paying extra and the PPT output/quality through the platform wasn't very good. Also, animations weren't available for me to use.

“Complete access at a fair price”

Pros

Quick to access and pretty complete for what it needs to cover, plus the pricing feels fair when you only have a small number of connections.

Cons

Getting everything set up can get tricky if you have too many participants.

“modern interface that works well”

Pros

Activities are really easy to handle and the interface feels modern and clean. Another big plus is that you can set it up with an administrator account plus multiple animator roles which makes managing teams much more practical.

Cons

Automatic recording happens as soon as activities are entered and it also auto-saves animations when they're added via imported PowerPoint slides. It would be nice if the reporting/stats section felt a bit more flexible or clearer.

“Quick self-assessment quizzes”

Pros

The Selfies questionnaire for assessment is a handy quizz that makes it simple to evaluate quickly.

Cons

It would be even better if it included a few animation examples, like some innovative ice-breakers, to give more ideas on how to use it in practice.
