Pros

It has been a really handy tool for managing meetings and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone who handles meeting documents. The workflow is easy... scan the papers and upload them into the right categories. It also helps keep documents confidential, while cutting down the time spent sorting and organizing files. Overall, it feels user-friendly and practical.

Cons

A small improvement would be adding automatic numbering for the agenda headings (so the headings can be numbered automatically).

The interface feels really easy and it's simple enough that people of all ages can adapt quickly. The updated look and overall feel are much nicer too and the new version feels more interactive.

For a large portion of the Joburg Market contracts using BoardPAC, the system wouldn't run properly on iPad devices.

I really appreciate that it's paperless and stays manageable with decisions made by the Board. Having everything handled through the platform keeps the workflow organized and helps ensure the board's decisions are tracked properly.

Performance speed could be better. It doesn't feel as fast as I expected and a few actions take too much effort, like moving a paper to the correct location which currently requires a lot of work to get it where it needs to go.

Having board papers in hardcopy is no longer a requirement which cuts down on printing and filing. I also found it really convenient to locate older documents when needed. Follow-up and action items feel much more easy since everything is organized and easy to access.

Cons

The one gap I ran into is policy document storage for a Group of Companies, when policies need to be separated and assigned to each company, the setup doesn't quite support that segregation as neatly as it should. But overall, i would still give it a 5/5

Whole product feels really user-friendly and simple to work with day to day. The audit trail is especially helpful because it clearly shows what actions other people took which makes decisions faster and keeps everything transparent. The automated features also boost efficiency a lot particularly when handling board papers since the workflow stays smooth.

Portability across devices has been a big plus and overall the application has felt bug-free. Support after the purchase has also been surprisingly strong and the team's use of state-of-the-art technology shows in how it runs. Security is clearly a priority here, the solution uses an encrypted database which adds a lot of credibility for customers.

Confidentiality of the information shared among the Board members is solid which gives a real sense of security. It also feels convenient for the Board making day-to-day coordination much more comfortable.

I haven't really had the chance to fully evaluate it yet since I've only been using it for about 6-12 months, right now i have no bad things to say about it
