Pros

The functionality feels excellent particularly from the perspective of people. Going paperless and having everything available digitally has made day-to-day handling much smoother and more practical.

Cons

On the administrative side, we keep getting asked to change passwords. It would be better if there were a default sign-in method using facial recognition and fingerprint which I'm aware is already available in the system.

Pros

It includes a bunch of practical features that actually help with day-to-day workflows. The archival and retrieval setup is really useful as a central repository and it makes it simple to reference older documents without digging around. I also like that it works well on the go, being able to assess and use it while moving or traveling adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Alert and notification settings still need fine-tuning to make them behave the way you'd expect. The calendar features especially around meeting-related items, could use improvements. The initial screen should be less cluttered, with clearer separation between sections and functionality. Upgrades also feel a bit infrequent so updates should come more regularly.

Pros

Lets the whole board securely view documents ahead of meetings and it's really improved how information moves between members. The workflow feels easy and digitizing board notes has made it easier for people to stay engaged and participate since everything is organized and shared in one place.

Cons

No major downsides come to mind though it only works with iPads which can be a bit inconvenient if you're using other devices.
