Functions are very user friendly and it's easy for directors to jump in and use. The backend support has also been excellent. For company secretaries, the workflow is simple to operate and it noticeably cuts down the time spent sending multiple emails.

Only thing I want improved is the drag-and-drop flow. It would be much better if it allowed uploading a file directly at the specific location I choose. Ive communicated it and i think theyre working on improving it too so all good

Switching to this has meant I no longer need paper and all materials are available right away for the directors and management to review whenever it suits them. The workflow is easy and quick to use so the whole approval/review process feels a lot more organized.
