Pros

Takedown process felt very automated. Rather than dealing with manual forms, it gathered the evidence, prefilled the notices and kept track of provider responses for us. Seeing malicious clones get taken down within hours instead of dragging on for days was genuinely satisfying.

Cons

During bigger takedown waves happening at the same time, the dashboards did slow down a little. Nothing actually failed but performance dipped slightly under heavier load.

Pros

With this tool, I can easily and securely access relevant documents and participate in committee meetings without having to dig through emails and various tools. It saves time and helps me keep track of everything.

Cons

It takes a while to work through all the tool's functions and fully find your way around.
