The collaborative mode is great and it includes all the UML diagrams I need. Plus I can also create any type of diagram necessary for teaching.

There is not an educational plan available as a teacher at a low-budget school my students do not have access to it like I do.

I find it really essential for teamwork like when working together it helps everyone stay on the same page, collaborate effectively and make progress quickly.On top of it, it also ensures that everyone can contribute, share ideas and understand each others thoughts easily making our whole team more productive.

Cacoo software is really helpful for creating diagrams and flowcharts effortlessly, it works good for us so far.

It is easy to use but at times the software tools can be a bit tricky to figure out.

It is fairly easy to use and lets me work on diagrams throughout the day without having to worry about saving or forgetting to commit changes. Everything is saved automatically and perfectly with no risk of losing data, it also offers a wide range of pre-defined icons to improve my diagrams and I can easily import external graphics from the clipboard with no restrictions.

Cons

The mind map template doesnt adjust its nodes automatically so it kinda works more like a regular chart but in a mindmap style. Also I feel like it would be great if it worked like MindMeister where the boxes snap into place more easily.

Cacoo software is very easy to use especially for people like me. Everything is set up and works smoothly.

Sometimes things get slow because of internet issues which I don't like. Though it is not the issue of a software.

What I love about Cacoo is how simple it is to use. Most of our employees are from Gen X and not very tech savvy but they find it pretty easy to use.

I feel like it could offer more options to make the final projects more aesthetically pleasing, plus adding more features for collaborative designs would be helpful. But overall the best part is that it is very easy to use.
