“Very precise and meets the requirements
Pros
I really love how flexible it is. My business has some unique needs and it meets them with features like add-ons for services, which is incredibly helpful.
Cons
It would be really useful to have the option to create custom questions on the booking page. This would allow me to gather important information from clients right when they book, saving me time later on.

“A great comprehensive software
Pros
The built-in calendar is one of my favorite features. I use it to keep all my calendars in one place, which is super convenient. I connected both my Google and Apple calendars without any hassle and now I just send a link to clients for easy scheduling.
Cons
I'd love to see more calendar features like the ability to set recurring events or filter views. That would make managing my schedule much easier.

“Highly effective and straightforward
Pros
There's a lot to love about Calday!!! First it's so simple to use. The design is clear and clean and I figured everything out just minutes after starting. Second their support team is amazing. I had some issues with integrations and they fixed everything in just a few minutes.
Cons
It could definitely benefit from more integrations. For instance adding Paypal or Stripe would be great for processing payments directly from clients, streamlining the entire process.

Pros
Calday is incredibly user-friendly and their onboarding process is so smooth. I also really like the design. it's clean and cozy, making the whole experience feel pleasant. It's just a great all-around user experience.
Cons
I think adding integrations like Stripe would be amazing. If I could charge clients directly on the booking page, it would make everything more seamless and save me a lot of time.

“Streamlining scheduling with Calday
Pros
I've tried plenty of scheduling tools, but it is definitely the easiest. Setting up my booking page took just a few minutes and I was able to send it to my clients with no problems. The whole process was smooth, which is something I really appreciate when I'm busy.
Cons
it is still fairly new and while it's great, I think it could use more advanced features. For example, having better analytics would be awesome as it would allow me to track bookings and gain useful insights to improve my process.

“Amazing tool for scheduling
Pros
The onboarding process was a breeze. It was quick, and they asked about my needs upfront, which made the setup really easy.
Cons
I like the tool but currently, you can only add one category without needing to upgrade. It would be nice if this feature could be more flexible for users at different stages.
