“Terrible company, run!!”
Pros
I realy don't like much about this software. I created an account looking for a cheaper alternative to Calendly to save money for my non-profit but this is just not it. It charges more for the same features, much harder to use, and customer support is nonexistent. I deleted my account a month ago but I'm still being charged every month and they've ignored all my attempts to contact them. I've never experienced worse service and it feels like they're stealing from a non-profit.
Cons
The software is not user-friendly, and the dashboard is so unattractive. Customer service is so bad that I would give them negative stars if I could..... They've been charging me a large monthly fee even though my account has been closed for months. I've been trying to contact them since August (and it's almost November now) to get a refund and stop the charges for an account that doesn't exist, but they've ignored all my attempts to reach them. I'm so frustrated that I may have to contact my bank to block these charges. It's appalling that they are actively stealing from a non-profit organization.

Pros
I got it through a lifetime deal on Appsumo, so it was very affordable.
Cons
They don't allow clients to choose different types of meetings through a single appointment link. For example, customers can't select whether the meeting is in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom. I had to create separate appointment types, which is so messy and unprofessional.

“Improved significantly since its inception”
Pros
The appointment system is easy to set up once you get used to it. It has a clean and neat user interface for booking appointments. Also they've been rolling out new features since I purchased it (when it was called Zoom.ai) and I hope they continue to make improvements.
Cons
Not all features and links in CalendarHero are functional right now. For instance, I tried to access the Room Booking FAQ but the link is broken. It also takes a lot of time and trial and error to change settings or add team members to the team plan. The admin controls are confusing and not intuitive. Also the booking page is not customizable, so clients are stuck with a plain, basic page. Lastly I haven't received the contact insights as described on their feature page. I can only see the number of meetings but not any other details like LinkedIn info.

Pros
Very easy to use, flexible and works well. The user experience is great.
Cons
To access the calendar, you need to click a link. Two competitors let you choose date/times directly in the email, which is more convenient and leads to higher conversion rates. I hope this feature is in development.

Pros
Round Robin meeting scheduling, the ability for clients to schedule video conferences themselves, integration with different calendars, new features and updates, everything is very easy to use.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative. The software does what it's supposed to do and does it well.

“A lifesaver for managing my life”
Pros
I found Calendar Hero on Appsumo with a great lifetime deal and it has been worth every penny. The support is excellent, they offer training sessions on how to use the app and they frequently add new features. I love receiving a daily text reminder to plan my day and the ability to process payments from clients is great. The app integrates with numerous top companies, making it incredibly versatile. I hope they're around forever.

Pros
There are many calendar management apps available but the AI function in it is a major differentiator for me. It helps with reminders and scheduling meetings, making it a huge time-saver.
Cons
It would be great to have an app to manage things from my phone when I'm away from my computer.

“Good scheduling with good features”
Pros
CalendarHero is excellent for scheduling meetings and accepting bookings. It has numerous features and integrates with all the leading apps like Zoom, Outlook, Salesforce and MS Teams. It also offers its own tools like a knowledge base, ticketing and people insights to further enhance the scheduling process.
Cons
The embed feature doesn't work well with WordPress websites and lacks customization options. Also the support isn't very helpful because they don't provide clear answers.

“It makes calender scheduling much easier”
Pros
I recently started using this online app and it has made scheduling appointments with clients and contacts much easier and more professional. It reduces the back-and-forth emails and allows my clients to schedule meetings based on their availability. I also love the ability to create multiple calendars for the different types of client work I do. Plus I was pleasantly surprised to find Stripe integration for credit card payments. It also integrates with Zoom and Google Meet, generating meeting URLs automatically.
Cons
I'd love to customize my Calendarhero schedule page more, but I understand that might require additional development.

I can set limits on the number of meetings I take each day, which is crucial right now. I also got it on a lifetime deal, making the value for money unbeatable for the features I'm getting.
Cons
I haven't found any big issues so far. It didn't integrate with my Zoom video calls initially, but they found a workaround while they investigate the issue.
