Setting up the free trial took almost no effort.. signing up was easy and quick.

Cons

Trying to open the software on my new computer fails to load so I couldn't get it running there.

Pros

Super simple to use and the interface feels really clear. Embedding it on our website was easy and the whole setup didn't cause any headaches. The customer service is genuinely excellent, fast responses and a friendly tone every time.

No downsides to report, everything about the software has been a good fit so far.

Pros

Resource conflict management has been solid, it's helped us avoid scheduling clashes. We also got multiple logins working without headaches and the way it integrates into our website is smooth. Adding events is easy and the whole flow feels well connected to what we need day to day.

The setup has quite a few options which can feel overwhelming at first. That said, the default settings are really thoughtfully chosen and there are lots of help resources if you get stuck.

Been using this software and it's genuinely easy to work with. Sharing it with others is quick and the built-in features help keep everything simple without feeling complicated. It also comes across as dependable and stable so I don't worry about things breaking while I'm using it.

Only part that doesn't fully work for me is how it looks sometimes the design feels a bit unattractive or not very visually polished.

I switched to it and have been enjoying it. It lets you view your calendar events while also keeping your tasks in the same place which really helps when you're trying to stay organized.

App doesn't offer a lot of customization options so feature depth is somewhat limited. Still, that restraint keeps the interface easy and clean.

Really enjoying it because I can see exactly when I'll be working and I can also look at the previous month and the upcoming month to confirm which programs are available on the days and at the times I'm able to teach.

Calendar Wiz is a bit difficult to locate on my computer, there are lots of links and it takes some time to figure out which one I should actually use.
