I haven't run into any bugs or glitches while booking rooms or handling scheduling. Security feels top, notch and the whole platform offers solid value for your money. Event management also doesn't come with any learning curve so everything runs smoothly from the start.

Cons

The only real downside is that I wish I'd discovered it sooner. I had tried a couple of other options before and they were nowhere near as good.

This platform is pretty easy to design to your needs. You can set things up in whatever way works best for your workflow. It's also responsive-viewing it from a computer, tablet or phone is all supported so it's convenient no matter what device you're on.

Cons

Dragging and dropping isn't available. They've mentioned they're working on adding that feature but it still hasn't shown up.

Calendarwiz was extremely easy to integrate and the documentation actually helps, lots of examples plus ready-to-click code snippets. We had everything working in just a few minutes and were able to roll out a customized calendar across the entire organization. It's also priced in a way that makes sense for a small nonprofit.

Cons

It would be nice if the Activity Board supported featuring but that's a pretty minor request compared to how capable the app is overall and how smoothly it gets set up.

The help I got from their Support was fantastic. I sent details of the problem via email and they responded fast-looking into it the same day. They managed to fix the situation and I was able to successfully import all the data that had been lost.

Cons

No issues to mention here. I just needed help recovering missing information and the support team handled it.

I use it to manage my campground reservations and keep everything organized. It fits what I need really well and the setup is easy to get through. Once it's running, it's also simple to edit details when plans change.

Creating the calendar doesn't feel complicated at all. Setting it up is easy and the customization is solid.. especially the built-in link option for locations so people can click through and land on the online map. The weather feature is also a nice bonus, when we mentioned it, everyone basically said "get out," meaning it was that exciting. Overall, there's a lot to like here and I'd definitely recommend it.

If I'm being picky, I'd like to see more accent styling options. For example, it would be great to have different bullet shapes with colors, plus the ability to assign a color to the whole calendar day square rather than using only a banner-style header.

When time matters, having a tool that lets you get work done fast is huge. It fits that perfectly. The interface is extremely easy to use and I was up and running within minutes. Setup is flexible, you can organize your calendar(s) however you want, plus you can color-code events for easier scanning. There are also reminders and email notifications built in and everything works with just a few clicks. It's obvious the designer put a lot of thought into the workflow so overall it feels very well put together. I'd definitely recommend it.

After a couple of months of using it a few times a week, I still haven't come across anything I dislike. It feels polished and very user-friendly throughout.

Setup was pretty easy. The color-coding features really make this stand out compared to other options. Also, it shows ALL of our events, not just a couple and each date has a small arrow in the bottom corner for quick navigation. Overall, it covers everything we need and at that price it feels like a solid bargain.

This calendar software is really user-friendly. You can share the calendar so everyone can view it or print it out when you need a hard copy. It also flags room booking conflicts... if you try to reserve a space that's already taken, it lets you know right away. The color-coding for categories is a nice touch too making events stand out and easier to scan.

One thing missing is the ability to print a calendar that's filtered to a single organization or a specific event (for example something like the boys basketball schedule). I prefer handing each organization a copy showing only their own schedule so they can use it without seeing everything else.
