“An excellent platform”
Pros
CallTower excels at Microsoft licensing management which is a critical function for our operations. Overall, I feel the service provides good value for the cost.
Cons
The user interface needs significant improvement. The save buttons are inconveniently small and the error messaging is often unhelpful. Additionally, the app occasionally glitches or fails to perform as expected which can be very frustrating during daily use.
