“affordable voip with simple setup”

Pros

Getting started with Circleloop was quick and using and managing it day to day has been very simple. Adding clients through my reseller account is also a simple process and the pricing is very affordable.

Cons

I'd really welcome a more complete dashboard with additional tools for handling calls, redirections and similar tasks. Right now, it offers fewer features than some other comparable VOIP platforms.

“Inconsistent logging”

Pros

Calling clients directly from FLG through CircleLoop is convenient and when everything is working properly, it does the job well.

Cons

The ongoing issue is that calls do not log consistently in FLG which has been a recurring problem. It also fails to connect some calls at times so it can take several redial attempts before the call finally goes through.

“Reliable support across platforms”

Pros

One of the best parts of using it has been the support team, they're responsive and genuinely helpful. It's also accessible and works across multiple platforms which makes it really convenient to use wherever I need it.

Cons

From time to time, call quality dips or a call drops unexpectedly. That said, they are actively working on improving it so it feels more like an occasional issue than a long-term problem.

“above-and-beyond support”

Pros

Cain has been a fantastic asset to CircleLoop, consistently going the extra mile to make sure the product does exactly what we need. I'd gladly recommend both to my colleagues and friends.

Cons

Nothing to complain about, it works really well and I'd happily recommend it to anyone.

“clean interface”

Pros

Getting it up and running took very little effort. The interface is simple which makes it very user-friendly. The integrations are one of its strongest points too and I was able to connect it with my preferred CRM software without trouble.

Cons

Setting up the call routing rules is a bit complicated and incoming SMS messages don't trigger push notifications.

“user-friendly design”

Pros

To get this up and running was very simple and the overall design feels really user-friendly as well.

Cons

On the downside, we ran into syncing problems between Circleloop and our CRM. I ended up having to contact customer support several times just to check whether the issue was actually being investigated. Someone did eventually respond but it was frustrating having to keep chasing them for an update.

“everything visible in one place”

Pros

Having everything on a single screen is really convenient. You can see the last number called, jump straight to any voicemail message through the link and the setup process is pretty simple.

Cons

The out-of-hours option is not user friendly at all and it is not clearly labeled what the entered times actually refer to. It could also work better if there were a small mini screen in the corner while working on other tasks, just to keep an eye on whether a call is coming in.

“Fantastic reporting”

Pros

All its reporting tools are top-notch. Our whole team loves how simple the system is to use and the support has been superb.

Cons

If I had to mention anything, it would be the monthly bill although it's very reasonable and still offers good value for money. honestly there's nothing we dislike about Circle Loop. The software is simple to use and helped us get rid of all our old desk phones.

“Had a decent experience”

Pros

Being a contractor, I regularly need to give clients a contact number and it has been really useful for that. It lets me keep my personal number private while sharing my number instead. As my business expands into different departments like Development and UX, I can bring in new team members and let them use their own phones by installing it on their devices. They get to stay on hardware they already know and it removes the need to issue a separate company phone.

Cons

Right now, there's very little for me to complain about. Circle Loop is reasonably priced, the customer support is excellent and the development team seems actively involved in rolling out regular updates. If I had to point to one thing that could be better, it would be conference call management although I understand that feature was expected to be added in 2018.

“Amazing!”

Pros

Was quick and convenient to get started.. there's no intrusive cabling, no need for engineers, no hassle and no heavy quarterly or annual costs. You get a local number in the country where you do business and it simply works. Pure and simple. I've known the team behind this since my webuyanycar.com days and they've built a fantastic reputation for delivering high-quality SaaS software.

Cons

None, I haven't had any issues at all.

“Great call quality”

Pros

After trying quite a few other VoIP providers, it has honestly outperformed many of the bigger names in the market. Getting everything up and running was simple and the call quality has been excellent. I can route calls to my mobile whenever needed and the voicemail transcription emails are really useful. I also have both a UK and a US number which lets me switch between them for outbound calls. It's been brilliant.

Cons

I'm still waiting on more app integrations although they already work with the major CRMs and it seems clear they're continuing to add more.
