“Very user-friendly
Pros
This product makes syncing with Salesforce very smooth. Plus being able to create email templates and access them right from Gmail is proven quite beneficial for us. We have been using it for years and have not found anything better for what we need.
Cons
Well it is not a complaint but I feel like it is definitely better suited for Gmail users.

Pros
Cirrus Insight turned a process for us that used to be manual into something automated, simple and hassle free.
Cons
At times updates need multiple steps to refresh the browser and ensure syncing is not interrupted which annoys us.

“A must-have tool for Salesforce
Pros
CI integrates perfectly with Salesforce, letting us see client info and history directly in our email sidebar. It automatically logs meetings, tasks and emails which makes everything faster and more efficient. Plus the support team is amazing and always available to help with any issues or questions.
Cons
I have nothing major to share but at times when it tracks too much it ends up using more data storage in Salesforce.

Pros
It works perfectly with my email as it makes it very easy for me to track customer interactions. Plus I can even see when emails are opened and clicked right in my inbox.
Cons
Sometimes finding specific email tracking info requires extra clicks which I did not like much.

“It has all the essential features for business growth
Pros
I find this app the best for managing customers. Plus it syncs with Salesforce making it simple to incorporate campaign goals. It is easy to use because of its intuitive design and the open communication with management is a big plus. Thanks to this tool our sales and customer relationship processes are way more streamlined. Our productivity has gone up and our relationships with both current and potential customers have improved thanks to better internal integration.
Cons
Few of Cirrus Insight's core features could really benefit from more frequent updates to improve essential tools but I have noticed that these updates rarely happen.

Pros
Well I never really liked it but it used to work fine before they were bought out.
Cons
I used to have to log in daily just to make sure it was active. That does not seem to be an issue anymore, but now it won't sync my Salesforce calendar to Google Calendar. After a month of back and forth with tech support, they did not have any solutions so I canceled it.

Pros
I love the ability to integrate it directly with Salesforce and sync my Calendar, Inbox and Tasks.
Cons
It took me a while to figure out how to set it up with Salesforce. However now everything is working fine for me.

Pros
The connection between Gmail and Salesforce is simply awesome. As I no longer have to save emails or contacts manually. Overall it is quite simple.
Cons
Occasionally it glitches in my Gmail. Even though it is connected to Salesforce, it acts like it's not and half of my email page is just Cirrus trying to reconnect. It is quite annoying.

“Missing some major features
Pros
Cirrus Insight old version was great. We could track emails, set reminders and integrate it with Salesforce CRM. But now that it is no longer supported, it's slow and basically useless for day to day business.
Cons
They stopped supporting the old Cirrus Insight and released a new version that removed a lot of features that made Cirrus good. There is no email or workflow tracking and the UI is buggy as it keeps blocking us out and saying our valid subscription has expired.

“Compatibility with Gmail is not great
Pros
There is only one thing I like and that's the basic feature of logging emails into Salesforce CRM as it still works fine.
Cons
My team uses this software but it rarely work for all of us at the same time. Ever since they upgraded the app it hardly works at all. I like the idea behind Cirrus but it is a pain now as no reminders for users, too much email logging and not enough training or troubleshooting available.

“I like it but it has some issues
Pros
The main reason I got Cirrus Insight was to easily track all my emails in Salesforce. Before sending emails from Salesforce was a hassle and adding received emails to the platform is not easy either. With the Cirrus Insight extension all my emails or the ones I choose get added to Salesforce automatically. The best part is that it happens right inside Gmail so I don't have to switch to Salesforce. I can check email opens, clicks, contacts, opportunities, accounts and more that all within Gmail.
Cons
I feel like the campaign feature often errors out. It is useful but when sending an email to a large list, I usually have to send it more than once. Also I keep getting disconnected and have to authenticate and I have no idea why. It could be my organization's security but it is annoying and not very clear.

“When it works, it is great
Pros
I like that it connects both Salesforce and Gmail automatically finding the recipients in Salesforce and linking emails to the Account/Contact activity log.
Cons
Cirrus is not very reliable when it comes to finding related Salesforce contacts especially when I try to use the Add to Salesforce or Custom option to link an email to something like an Opportunity or Case. Often I think it would be faster to just cut and paste the email into a Salesforce activity. Another issue is when I switch to another Gmail tab, it shows a sidebar that says Let's put this app to work! and asks me to click Continue. Then I get another sidebar saying Get More Done, promoting things like Book Meeting, Follow Up Reminders and Sales Email Campaigns. If I do not click the Get To Work! button, Cirrus does not work. It is frustrating that I have to tell the app to start working and syncing my email as it should just do that without extra clicks.

Pros
It syncs data to Salesforce very well and it was a must have for me. Plus it updates fields directly from my inbox and shows whether a customer has opened or clicked on my emails.
Cons
CI was constantly causing issues with my inbox and browser. Eventually most of our team had to disable it just to get any work done.

What I liked the most was that it combined a couple of tools my old company used into one product which makes my workflow much simpler.
Cons
Recently for over a week there were serious connectivity issues and we had to log in multiple times a day.
