I find it pretty simple to learn on my own as a business owner especially since I was transitioning from MS Access in our mixed Mac/PC setup. The help resources are solid and the community forum is really helpful whenever I get stuck on something.

Cons

I honestly can't come up with any major complaints since I've been using this for years and they've made huge improvements over time.

The cost can get high for smaller companies or solo users especially when you start adding more people to the system.

The pricing feels steep if you're working solo or with a small team under 5 people. It seems like they're really targeting big organizations which makes it inaccessible for newcomers who are just getting started.

The licensing structure feels unnecessarily complex and confusing. They've introduced Claris Studio as a separate product which adds another layer. While I hear they're working on simplifying their licensing model, I haven't experienced any of that streamlining yet.

It's definitely positioned itself as a dominant player in the CRM space with these authoritative tools.

I haven't really encountered any significant issues with this platform so far. The support team has been incredibly helpful and even made custom modifications to fit my specific software needs, so honestly there's not much to complain about.
