“Super easy to use
Pros
I absolutely love how easy it is to use ClassroomScreen and all the options available at my fingertips. From the randomizer for discussions to the timer for work sessions and the daily schedule that helps my students stay on track, it's incredibly useful. I particularly appreciate the sound level indicator, it helps my students monitor their noise levels. The randomizer is a daily tool in my classroom to ensure every student gets called on. The timer keeps both me and the kids on schedule and honestly, I just enjoy the overall aesthetic of the platform.
Cons
The fact that it is an online tool can be a bit tricky sometimes especially compared to Google Slides, which I can use offline. The name randomizer needs a little tweak, the box it's in is too big compared to the name inside. It takes up too much space! Also the text size feature could use some work. When it's open it covers too much of the screen and it's hard to select or adjust the size. It would be great to have more stickers and background options, maybe some science-themed ones. Another improvement would be a "snap to position" feature to help line up the widgets more easily perhaps an option users could toggle on or off for more freedom with layout. It does feel a little expensive for what it offers but if the developers follow through with user feedback and make the necessary tweaks, it could definitely be worth it!

“I'm a huge fan of this service!
Pros
I've been using the free version of ClassroomScreen for some time but recently upgraded to the teacher subscription. Now I'm setting up for next year with my daily check in screen, center rotation and weekly lesson plans. I'm already loving the service, it's a total game changer!
Cons
It would be great if I could share my screens publicly or with fellow teachers, this would be so helpful for collaboration.

“A tool for daily use
Pros
What I really appreciate about this tool is the ability to save my frequently used tools. I could use other applications for these but having them all in one easy-to-use place is amazing. Even my students are loving it, they always ask to be the one running the board now! It's so simple to use that they are all experts in no time.
Cons
A quick way to clear data from widgets like the noise alarm or randomizer, would be a real time-saver. Right now it takes a little extra time to clear these and I'd love to see that streamlined. Also having the ability to save a list of students who have already been picked by the randomizer would be fantastic especially if I have two or more randomizers on the screen. It would make it easier to break up tasks like number corner, library basket and brain breaks all at once.

“flexible and useful tool for the classroom
Pros
The timing tools provided by ClassroomScreen are a huge win for me. Using the agenda and timers has made it easier for both me and my students to stay on track with our lesson plans. Knowing what's next really helps them stay focused. I've started using ClassroomScreen every day and it fits seamlessly into my routines, similar to Google Slides but with much more functionality for teaching!
Cons
Some widgets sometimes can be glitchy especially the webcam. It's a bit frustrating when it malfunctions in the middle of class.

“ClassroomScreen is amazing, I love it!
Pros
I love using it to plan out my week. I assign a screen for each day, attaching my slide decks, schedule and videos. The widgets make everything so easy to use. My favorite features are the group maker randomizer and the timer because they make managing the class a lot smoother!
Cons
A small inconvenience I've faced is that when I add a link to text, it doesn't take me directly to the link. Instead it opens a pop up and then I have to click again. I have also noticed that when I add a link to an Apple playlist, my screen shuts down and I'm not sure if this is an issue with ClassroomScreen or my hardware.

“After using the free version for years, I upgraded to Pro
Pros
The fact that you can use it for free is amazing though you can't save your screens as a free user, which is understandable. I've been using it as a free user for years but I eventually decided to pay for the teacher subscription because I found myself using the same setup every day. Now I can save time with less prep work and for less than $30 a year, it's totally worth it!
Cons
The free version doesn't allow me to save my screens, which is one of the main reasons I decided to pay for the full version. It makes setup much easier when I can save my preferred layout.

“A must-have teaching asset
Pros
The best feature of ClassroomScreen for me is the ability to display multiple pieces of information at once: agenda, learning targets, a clock, timer, video clips and directions. Being able to call on students randomly and assign them to groups is fantastic too!
Cons
The biggest downside to the free trial version is the limit on saved screens. I have multiple subjects to prep for so I had to buy full access with my own money to make it work for me. I'd also love to see more apps or extensions added in the future.

“Truly a game changer
Pros
ClassroomScreen is incredibly userfriendly and I have reused it daily. I regularly used the timer, text boxes, and the random name generator throughout this school year. I especially loved that I could customize my background images and easily adjust textboxes to make the content clearer. It helped me stay organized and kept my class on track! I can't imagine teaching without it, and I'll be using it for my entire career.
Cons
The only issue I've had is with text boxes. Sometimes when I hit "return" to create a new line, the font size randomly shrinks. It's a minor issue but I have to re select the text and adjust the font size again. Luckily I have been able to work around it for my daily announcements.

“Fantastic resource for managing my virtual classroom
Pros
I just love all the widgets in it! It's so easy to share exactly what my students need to know for each class.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like I need more room for additional widgets like more space would make it easier to organize everything I need for my class.
