“Crisp and clear voice quality”

Pros

Cloud Softphone has been an excellent white-label option for our virtual PBX customers. The QR code provisioning makes setup feel smooth and removes the manual configuration mistakes that can happen during onboarding. We also value how it combines strong functionality with a clean, user friendly interface that is clearly optimized for voice calling. Also, the support team is very responsive and focused on resolving issues so any technical needs get handled quickly. Overall, it's a dependable platform that has noticeably strengthened our service offering.

Cons

One downside is the pricing which feels quite high for a fully branded app. If you run a virtual PBX business, the cost of white-labeling can be hard to justify especially when you do not have a large number of clients yet. Beyond the initial setup cost, several features we assumed would be included turned out to be paid add-ons. That pushes the total cost of ownership up quite a bit over time. The overall value would feel much stronger if more of those features were bundled into the base offering.

“hands-on support”

Pros

The app's configurator is really well done and the support team is both quick to respond and highly competent.

Cons

Nothing negative comes to mind at the moment. Everything works exactly the way it should.

“user-friendly”

Pros

Something that really helps is the built-in SMS support. Adding or removing people is much simpler than it is with other softphone options and the whole platform feels very user friendly while still offering plenty of customization.

Cons

At the moment, a single softphone user still can't be set up with multiple extensions although they've said that feature should be coming sometime in early to mid 2025.

“Excellent product!”

Pros

Authentication is very simple to use. There's no need for a shared identity to verify or an email address to submit, just a phone number and password. I also appreciate being able to pick only the option we need, while still having the flexibility to expand quickly as requirements grow.

Cons

What could be improved are the installation errors which are very unclear. When the password is wrong, the message shows as "error downloading" even though the problem is actually authentication-related, not a software installation issue.

“feature-packed app with stellar support”

Pros

Out of all the mobile apps we've used with our PBX, this one has been my favorite. It's the most user-friendly, packed with the most features, priced reasonably and backed by really solid support.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any cons or issues.

“Impressive customizations”

Pros

Setting it up was simple and it gives plenty of options to customize the phone display with your logo, colors and functions.

Cons

I really have no complaints. For VARs, I haven't come across another softphone on the market that does a better job than this one.

“solid UI”

Pros

After two months of using it, the product has proven to be reliable and the interface is simple to navigate.

Cons

The usage-based pricing adds up quickly and the desktop version feels overpriced.

“embedded browser makes it shine”

Pros

Getting started with the app is simple and launching it is just as simple. The embedded browser is easily the most valuable feature included in the app itself.

Cons

At times, the terminology around the push notification service is hard to understand and it's still not very clear to me how that part works.

“fantastic white-labeling experience”

Pros

From beginning to end, working with their team was an amazing experience. They were incredibly helpful and made the Acrobits white-labeling process genuinely enjoyable. Also they were knowledgeable, responsive and great to work with throughout.

Cons

Right now, I honestly don't have any complaints. The entire process was amazing.

“helpful pinning but limited standalone use”

Pros

One thing I appreciated was being able to keep the softphone either running in the background or pinned in front so no matter what I was working on, the window stayed visible when I needed it.

Cons

The downside was that we still had to rely on hard phones along with the software which made it feel like it wasn't really a standalone product.
